"No, no, no we can go now. I wouldn't want to get in the way of our date and our time spent together. I'll be fine, promise." Lucifer stood up feeling a little weak.

“If you need rest then we can wait. I don’t mind. In fact I’ll worry more if you’re not okay and still go.” Jamie whined, moving to help Lucifer once he had stood.

Jamie looked at him in concern, but didn’t press. He flashed a weak smile and gently ran his fingers through Lucifer’s hair. “Okay, I want to take you shopping, for fun. And we can get us some food there, and just wander around.”

"I like the sound of that." Lucifer giggled. "Is there an arcade in malls?" He started to get excited. Arcades were hos new favorite place to be. Second favorite. He still liked the clouds better.

Lucifer shook his head. "We must save the best for last. That is what they say right?" Lucifer opened the front door and flapped his wings, pushing him up in the air.

“It is what they say.” Jamie nodded gently, taking off into the air after Lucifer. “You’re in a hirry, arent you? Are you that excited?” He teased, giggling.

Lucifer nodded frantically. “I’ve never been to a mall either of only heard of it in tv-shows and stuff like that. I really want to go.”

Lucifer’s eyes softened along with his smile. “Right.” He liked this warm feeling. Lucifer always felt this way, but today was just…different. “I love you…” he whispered so that only he himself could hear.

Lucifer watch with a smiled. I won't be able to have moment like these anymore will I? Lucifer gave a light chuckle. I guess…I'll just have to enjoy it while I can… He stopped and brought Jamie into his arms and kissed him softly. Without even realizing tears started to fall.

"Don't roll your eyes at me Mister." Lucifer pouted and walked into the mall. "Should we get clothes first? We could took for suits for our wedding! But…I feel like we should do that last. I know! I want new shoes!"
