Not really I kind of just make them up as I go. I usually like to go realistic I also have one more thing do you do descriptive or like small descriptive and more dialog? Like how do you rp or does it depend on how the other person does it?
I do a bit of both! Usually the length I'm most comfortable with is about one paragraph ^^

Personality: He's a bit shy, but once you get to know he opens up and starts to show his bold side. He's smart and at the top of his class. He would get bullied if he couldn't fight back. Looks: Had dark brown hair that's almost black and tan skin. He has His height is about 5'8''. Wears glasses. He is Weasian. His hands and skin are delicate as well. His hair is always styled is a messy way (Kind of like sykkuno's hairstyle is you ever see him.)

"Second year of college, huh? Well this will be interesting." Noah looks down at the key in his hand. He took a deep sigh and walked upped the steps. Elevators were always crowed at this school." He made his way to room 247, hoping that this year will be one to remember. "Should I just go in? What if he's not there? I'm so nervous…" He fidgeted with hands not sure if he should open the door or not after all this was the start of his new life.

Lin was sitting in the dorm room, nervously looking over his schedule to make sure he'd know where to go. He'd been homeschooled up through middle school until he ran away from home, at which point he joined a public high school of his own volition. After he graduated, he had decided that he wanted to go to college as well. He hadn't seen his family in years, and he had no intention to do so anytime soon. That would require him to fly back to England, and he couldn't afford that expense right now anyway. He looked up curiously when he heard the door open.
Noah opened the door to see boy standing there. Noah took a gulp at he stared at his frame. He was skinny, but in great shape. His hair was black and just went over his eye slightly. He looked so young at well. He couldn't believe what he was staring at, but he had to because it was right in front of him. Noah shook his head. 'Not the time!' he thought to himself. "Ah-h-hi, I didn't know you were already in here." Noah pulled his bags threw the doorway and closed the door behind him lightly. "M-My name is Noah Long, it's nice to meet you." Noah held out his hand, looking down because he was too nervous to look anyone in the eye.
"I'm Lin Reinard. I'm pleased to meet you as well." Lin smiled gently and shook Noah's hand, his accent still lingering heavily amongst his words. "I came a bit early so I could get set up… it's my first year, so I want to make sure I'm doing everything right." He let go of Noah and continued arranging his few belongings.
"No way, you're a freshmen? You shouldn't be rooming with me if that's the case. I guess it's fine since I could show you around. You don't mind right, I can talk to someone and see if they can change our rooms if you aren't." Noah moved over to his bed looking at it for moment before seeing what he could do with it. It was much bigger from when he was in freshmen year. Lin got lucky. His parents left the rest of his things outside, because they had somewhere to be.
