Rykah and Will(because I can't think of a better title)

(Have I not mentioned the fact that both Will and my real life brother are the most restless sleepers ever? We’re just lucky that Rykah’s not on the floor. One time my brother rolled over a pillow bigger than him, ended up on the floor, didn’t wake up, and ended up backwards when he woke up)
When Will found Jack downstairs watching a movie and Anna still gone, he headed back to his room to find Rykah. He waved when he opened the door.

Rykah sighed in relief when Will came back, "Don't do that!" he said happily, glad that nothing had happened to Will.

“Sorry.” Will said sheepishly. “I figured you’d be asleep for a little while.”

"I got cold" said Rykah sitting up his hair messed up again.

“That’s what blankets are for.”

"You're warmer than a blanket" said Rykah pouting, even though his eyes betrayed a playful grin.

Will rolled his eyes, smiling. “Right.”

"Come Here!!" said Rykah, who was in a silly mood.

Will rolled his eyes again and obliged, smiling.

Rykah immediately pulled Will back on top of him, snuggling underneath him happily.

Will smiled, kissing Rykah.

Rykah tensed, sinking into it joyfully.

Will finally pulled away, sighing. “You’re awesome, Ry.”

Rykah smiled, leaning up to kiss Will again.

Will gladly missed back, before jumping as a loud noise on the tv downstairs went off.

Rykah started too, wings instantly going poof as he tried to calm down.

Will sighed. “You know, for someone with PTSD, you’d freaking think he wouldn’t like those movies.”

Rykah glanced up at him, still a bit nervous from the loud noise and sudden movement…

“Although I suppose they’re coping mechanisms…” Will muttered to himself.

Rykah just slipped up beside him, the loud noise having reminded him of something he didn't wanna be reminded of, and hugged Will, his face buried in Will's shoulder as he shoved the memory away.

“Hey, you Alright?” Will asked gently.

"That noise… reminded me of stuff… I didn't wanna remember.." said Rykah slowly, trying to relax a little.

“I’m sorry, Ry.” Will said, carefully sending Jack a text to turn the movie off, without letting Rykah know what he was doing.

Rykah curled up on Will, shyly letting Will's warmth sink in, helping him calm down.

The tv downstairs clicked off, while Will did his best to make Rykah feel better.

Rykah curled up against Will's body, enjoying his warmth as the memories faded.

“You’re safe here, Rykah.”

"I know…" said Rykah, his wings puffing as he blushed, "And I love being with you.."

“I love being with you too, Rykah.”

Rykah blushed at that, Wrapping his arms around Will he pulled the other boy back down gently.
