(Reed is extremely oblivious, as am I. So neither of us noticed, sorry.)
“Cool….”

(No worries! But now I know why there was no reaction! XD)
"Apologies of it unnerved you!" Laughed Firiko diving underneath the next branch, "But I'd suggest getting used to it, after all it's normal for me.."

“Yeah…” The motion made Reed slightly nauseous, so he closed his mouth.

Firiko sensed Reed tense a little, barking to Luma he headed for a branch, a few moments later he landed smoothly, padding to stop.

Reed sighed. He stepped off slowly, hoping to keep his food in his stomach.

Firiko shifted and stretched, "Nothing like a good chase right bro?" he asked Luma, ignoring Reed's nausea

Reed sat down, breathing in and out, the way his brother used to tell him to.

"Eh, what can we say, magnets for trouble are we!" Laughed Luma in response

Reed laughed shakily.

"Ok so where exactly were you headed little brother?" Asked Luma, shifting as Ren dismounted.
"Alkalarias" replied Firiko
"Never heard of it"
"Eh King Meros asked me and Ren to check it out, and Reed here ended up tagging along."
"What are you doing working for King Meros?!"
"I was bored"
"Next time come to silver valley!"
Firiko rolled his eyes, "you know I prefer being near the Primal"
Luma sighed, "I know… But Meros?! Seriously??"
"Oh shut up!" said Firiko, "At least he isn't a Tyrant like Verco!"
Luma glared at him and they started bickering.

(Twin brothers am I right??)

Reed looked on, eventually tiring of the brothers’ yelling. “Shut up, both of you!”

Luma and Firiko had been arguing over who had done the stupidest thing, (Totally something they'd do) and froze to stare at Reed.

“I have a headache, and you two yelling at each other aren’t helping! Resolve it! Quietly!”

The twins gave each other a look, then Luma froze for a moment. "I hate to leave you hanging Bro, but there's a situation back home," he said before abruptly opening a portal and leaving.

“Er….where’d he go?” Reed asked, staringat tbe spot the boy had been earlier.

"No Idea" said Firiko with a shrug. "He probably had to go help with trouble back in Silver Valley… but other than that I do believe we should keep moving!"

“Yeah, probably. Where exactly are we going?”

"Thataway I think" said Firiko confidently pointing towards the west.

“If you say so.” Read said. “So…..that was your brother?”

"Yeah.." said Firiko leading the way down the branch highway. "He can be a little annoying, but he's a good guy"

Reed felt a small pang of grievance as Firiko spoke. His brother was dead, as were his best friends and his partner. He had nobody. He shook his head as though to clear it of all thoughts.

"Anyway, thanks to that little detour it should only take a couple more days to reach Alkalarias!" said Firiko happily

“Great! Are we… Er, are we traveling like THAT again?”

"Like what? flying?"Asked Firiko, laughing

“What we just did….”

"Portaling?" asked Firiko a little confused by what he meant.

“The jumping through the trees….”

"Oh"said Firiko, "Probably not, It attracts just a bit too much attention.."

“Thank god.”
