Lionel interlaced his fingers with Sebastian’s as they walked down a busy street, pushing their way around pedestrians as they went.
“The ice cream store is this way…” he murmured, pulling his boyfriend around a corner.
Sebastian gave a small hum in acknowledgement, smiling as they walked. He had swapped his usual attire for more normal clothes–a comfortable black sweater with roses and a pair of jeans
Soon after, they were entering a cheerful store with a pastel yellow theme, named ‘Greg’s Ice Cream Parlour’.
“Welcome to Greg’s,” Lionel smiled, holding the door open for his boyfriend.
"Thanks, baby," Sebastian hummed, walking through and gently tugging Lionel in after him. He looked around, the smile on his face only growing
The floors and walls were placed in smooth, square tiles in various pastel shades, warm light coming in through the large windows. At the back as a counter and a large glass container with different ice cream choices.
Sebastian looked around for a moment, still taking in the view. "It's so pretty in here," he said softly, a dorky grin on his face
“You,” Lionel started, tapping Sebastian’s nose, “Are adorable.”
Sebastian was taken back a little at the tap, and he giggled a little before giving Lionel a little nudge. "Dork," he teased
“Hypocrite,” he shot back, once again entangling their fingers as they approached the back counter. “What kind of ice cream would you like?”
"Coffee," Sebastian said without missing a beat, all but pressing his face up against the glass as he looked through the different choices. "Coffee and black cherry. That's a thing I can do, right?"
Lionel chuckled and pressed a kiss to the other man’s cheek. “Yes, love, that’s a thing you can do. What should I get?”
"I don't know. Chocolate, maybe?" Sebastian said, shrugging a bit as he spoke
“I might get the salted caramel… or the rocky road…” Lionel bit the inside of his cheek.
"Ooh, salted caramel is always good. And I'm getting two, so just get the two you like the most," Sebastian said with a small smile
“Only two? Sebastian, you underestimate me.” Lionel grinned, tapping his fingers against the glass in thought.
A few minutes later, a round-faced, seemingly cheerful man with thinning brown hair stepped out from the back room to greet them. “Hey, Greg. This is Sebastian,” Lionel introduced. “Sebastian, Greg.”
