“Good to know.” Sita grinned at her, hoping she was breaking the ice at least a little.

"I'm sorry about my sister. She can be… a bit much." She shrugged, then looked in Sita's eyes.

Michi's heart was nearly pounding out of her chest.

"Indeed."
"So. I was just gonna go home, but now that you're here, might you have a place in mind?"

"Well, there's a cafe in town that has good food. Maybe..?" Michi trailed off.
"Yeah. That sounds great, actually." Sita brightened, smiling over at Michi.

"Great." wAIT IS THIS A DATE
"Alright then. Where is it?" Sita looked ahead, then back at her.

"This way." Michi led Sita through the city, taking a lot of turns.
"Interesting. It should better have some good food this far into the city." Sita noted, raising an eyebrow.

"It does, trust me." They soon arrived at a small cafe; The Sleeping Dragon.
"Nice name." Sita grinned, opening the door for Michi.

"Thank you," Michi said about the gesture. She stepped in.
Sita followed her, making sure she was still holding her hand, and looked around the place. It certainly lived up to its name.

It was as if they were in another world. cough cough There was a slight haze about the place, and the tables and chairs looked as if they were out of a fantasy movie. Michi led Sita to a table in the back.

"A little difficult to get to then, huh." Sita raised an eyebrow at Michi. "It's our first date and you're already hiding something."

Sita let the eyebrow drop, laughing. "Yeah, okay. I believe you." She looked around and back at Michi. "Is it okay if I get my wings out here? It's not exactly comfortable, you know."

"Oh, yes, completely. Go ahead." Michi smiled. She really liked Sita's wings.
"Mkay." She unfolded them carefully through the slats in her shirt, making sure not to brush off too much scale dust. Nevertheless, some glittering yellow power fell to the floor around her as she fluttered them free.

A waitress made her way over. She had a dragon's tail.
"Hello, welcome to the- Michi, what are you doing here with this lovely lady? Are you on a date~?" The woman asked.
"I- um-" She nodded her head. The woman leaned over to Sita.
"You've caused a miracle sweety; you left Michi speechless." She winked.
Sita grinned at her, then at Michi. "I suppose I have, now haven't I?" Her wings fluttered in tune with her heartbeat.

"M-Maybe we should order, Amber…" The waitress laughed heartily, setting a menu in front of both girls.
"Alright, alright." Sita giggled a little and looked down at the menu.
