Soulmate(?) one on one (Closed)

(So basically Lucas is so-so with physical touch as long as he isn't constrained oof)
Lucas wrapped his arms snugly around Skye's neck, closing his eyes. He was still barely trembling, although mostly because of nerves due to liking Skye.
(Marco appears what are you two gay losers doing lol)

(Skye: technically I'm Bi?)
Skye smiled, looking up when Marco came back into the clearing.

(Lol Lucas is just hella homo. He hugs guys for longer than 1.5 seconds without saying no homo)
Lucas didn't seem to notice Marco, keeping his eyes closed as he slightly tightened his hold on Skye.

(Yep!)
Marco sighed as he watched the two, starting to cook his catch.

When Lucas smelled food cooking, he opened his eyes and sat up, confused. "Marco? W-When did you get back?" More importantly, how much did you see?

"A few moments, It's fine, go back to cuddling with your soulmate" he said.

Lucas blushed, looking down at the ground. "I-I really can help, if you want…"
(So Lucas is openly gay, but very shy about it XD)

"Nah, you two need bonding time" he said, smirking.

Lucas seemed hesitant, but eventually lay back down on Skye.

Skye smiled even more, hugging him.

I feel a bit bad for not helping, but Marco said not to… hopefully we make it to the town soon so Skye and I can live together. Lucas thought to himself, hoping he could overcome the worst of his anxiety before then.

Skye cuddled him gently, hugging him.

Once the food was ready, Lucas stood and helped Skye to his feet so they could go over to the fire.

Skye hummed quietly, letting the other pull him to his feet.

They sat down beside the fire. Lucas thanked Marco as he took some food and bit into it.

Skye sat next to him and took his share and smiling at Lucas.

Lucas smiled nervously before continuing to quietly eat his food. It felt so strange to be eating as regularly as they did, but it was kind of nice.

Skye smiled, it felt good to have a full belly.

"Well…" Lucas began after they'd all finished eating. "I suppose we should sleep now, right?"

"Probably," said Marco, "I'm going to take first watch" said Skye.

Lucas nodded and rekindled the fire. He lay a safe distance from it and closed his eyes.

Skye shifted, moving to the edge to the clearing to keep watch.

Lucas managed to fall asleep. He had watch last, so he knew he'd at least get some sleep.

Skye had already let Marco know that he was taking the other's watch entirely.

Lucas woke up and saw that it was dawn, realizing that no one had woken him up for watch. He looked at the others, confused.

(Skye is like that, besides, he wouldn't have slept anyway)
Skye let out a big yawn, going back to frying breakfast over the coals. "Mornin'"

"Er… good morning? Why didn't anyone wake me up for watch?" He asked, moving closer to the fire.

"You needed the sleep.." said Skye.
"To be fair he didn't wake me either" said Marco.
"Wasn't like I was gonna sleep anyway.." said Skye, still making breakfast.

"Y-You didn't sleep at all last night?" Lucas's eyes widened a bit. We need to travel today! He's going to be exhausted!

Skye shrugged, "It's not a problem okay ?" he said gently, "My wolf side is nocturnal, so occasionally I get nights where I literally can't sleep, last night was one of them, so there was no point in waking either of you" he explained.
