Anya mumbled something about, “Stupid sunlight,” and turned over, burying her face in her blanket.

Anya mumbled something about, “Stupid sunlight,” and turned over, burying her face in her blanket.
(Low-key want her to wake up first and see the note. Lol.)
An alarm went off on Spencer's phone, and he rolled over to slap it silent. Once it had shut up, he covered his head with a pillow.
//XD
Anya heard the alarm and sat bolt upright, throwing the blanket off herself and, as a result, moving the note, causing it to flutter to the floor. She knelt down to pick it up. The words sent a flush to her cheeks. Love!!!!!!!!!!!!
//ima be honest, the “Love!!!!!!!” reaction was mine, not hers :P
(Lol. Not surprised. ;P)
With a sigh, Spencer rolled over and stared at the ceiling for a moment. Remembering that Anya was sleeping on his couch, he sat up and quickly got out of bed. The least he could do was make her breakfast.
Anya got up and decided to make breakfast. She began perusing Spencer’s fridge for food.
Spencer walked out of his room and went to check on Anya. When he didn't see her on the couch, he went into the kitchen. Upon seeing her raiding his fridge, he smiled.
"Hey, there. Good morning," he greeted her with a slight laugh, leaning against the wall.
“G’morning,” Anya said, not turning around. “Do you really not have any yogurt?”
"No, I really don't. I don't like it, the texture's too weird," Spencer declared as he made his way over to her. "If you want something, I think there's pancake mix in the pantry…"
“Pancakes are good,” Anya said, standing up. “I can make them.”
"How 'bout we both do it together?" Spencer suggested with a grin.
Anya laughed. “Sounds good.”
"Okay, you get out the ingredients and I'll mix them, sound good?" Spencer suggested, already starting toward the pantry for the mix.
“Yep,” Anya said, beating him to the pantry and taking down the mix.
"Hey!" Spencer exclaimed with a laugh. "Fine, I'll just get the bowls out, swing as how you don't know where they are." He smirked at her as he did just that, setting the two bowls in the counter.
Anya appeared behind him holding two spoons. “And yet I have figured out where your utensils are,” she smiled.
"Well that's easy," Spencer scoffed, rolling his eyes. "They're just right next to the sink."
“Exactly. Like so many people, your kitchen is set up so that the utensils and the plates in which they might be used are close together. This is why I keep my utensils…. not where everyone usually puts them,” Anya explained.
"Just to be different? Or to confuse people?" Spencer asked.
“Both,” Anya laughed, wielding a spatula like a lightsaber and waiting for Spencer to put the ingredients together so that she could mix it.
(Actually, it was vice versa. She was getting the ingredients and he was mixing.)
"Here, I'll read them to you and you can try to find them," Spencer laughed.
//right. Well, Anya is contrary. :P
I can change it if you want
(It's fine. It just seems like Spencer is reminding her what he said this way.)
//okey dokey
(Actually, it was vice versa. She was getting the ingredients and he was mixing.)
"Here, I'll read them to you and you can try to find them," Spencer laughed.
“Deal,” Anya grinned, handing him the spatula. “Use it wisely, young Padawan.”
Spencer shook his head with a smile and grabbed a whisk from a drawer. He set the spatula beside the stove, then started reading ingredients for Anya.
Anya gathered the ingredients as instructed, plopping them all on the counter in a messy pile.
"Oh, we have a neat freak, I see," Spencer teased when he saw the messy pile. "Let's measure everything out so that I can mix it, yeah?"
“Sure,” Anya laughed, pulling out a set of tablespoons and a glass measuring cup.
Spencer and Anya measured everything out, and then Spencer mixed it all. He grabbed a skillet and heated it up on the stove before pouring pancake mix onto it.
"And now we wait…"
“Waiting is stupid,” Anya muttered. “Plus, I’m hungry. I still can’t believe you don’t have yogurt.”
