“Definetly,” Anya agreed, smiling. She wiped a tear from her eye and said, “Okay. Pancakes, then files. Deal?”

"Deal," Spencer said before bending down to press a quick kiss to her lips. He released her from the hug and picked up his plate. "I do have a table, you know. We don't have to stand here."
“Right,” Anya nodded. “Table.” She put a normal person amount of pancakes on her plate— which was a shocker in of itself— and then dumped syrup on them, and then sat down at the table, and then the writer was like oh wow that’s a lot of ‘and then’s but oh well.

Spencer chuckled and sat across from her. He had a few pancakes with syrup on his plate, and he continued to eat them.
"You enjoying them?"
Anya nodded, her mouth full. Once she had swallowed, she said enthusiastically, “Yep!”

"I'm glad," Spencer said with a light laugh. He finished his second pancake and moved on to his third.
“Wow, only on your third?” Anya said jokingly, finishing her fifth pancake.

"Hey, it's not my fault you're basically a beautiful, human trash can!" Spencer said defensively, finally finishing his third.
“That was a very contradictory statement,” Anya laughed, beginning her sixth.

"There are beautiful trash cans. Google it," Soencer muttered around a mouthful of pancakes.
“Mhmm,” Anya said, already pulling out her phone and typing in the key words. “Wow, these actually aren’t as bad as I was expecting.”

"See? But you look much better than they do," Spencer said with a grin.
“You do have a point,” Anya laughed, exiting the app and putting her phone away.

"Of course I do," Spencer said with a wink as he finished his last pancake, then stood to grab the plate of the others so he could bring it to the table. He set it down between him and Anya, then grabbed a couple more pancakes for himself.
Anya followed him and sat down at her spot, piling her plate with more food. She doused the pancakes in syrup. “So. What now?”

"Do you want to go train or something?" Spencer asked with a shrug.
“Sure. Burn off all these delicious calories,” Anya joked. She stood up. “Mind if I take some of the leftovers back to my place?”
//I have this headcannon that Natasha Romanoff hoards food because she would get meals inconsistently between missions and so I have adopted that headcannon to Anya, modified slightly :D

"Of course. Go ahead," Spencer said with a smile.
“Thank you!” Anya piled half the leftovers onto a paper plate and left, rushing over to her room. She deposited the pancakes in her fridge (after covering them with plastic wrap, of course,) changed into clothes more suitable for training, and then returned to Spencer. “I have returned!” she announced.

Spencer blinked. He had barely moved while she had done all of that, and he stood at the sink putting dishes into his dishwasher.

“I prefer the name Dash,” Anya smiled, leaning on the counter. “He was a cool character.”

"What about the Flash? He's pretty cool," Spencer suggested.

“He is,” Anya agreed. “But he’s not Disney. At least not yet…”

"Right. Not yet," Spencer laughed. "They'll own everything soon."

“Yeah, Disney’s going to take over the world,” Anya laughed. “I’ll be working for them soon enough.”

"Hey. I wouldn't object to working for Disney. That would be awesome," Spencer said with a grin.

“It would. We would totally be the sniper guys,” Anya grinned.
