"May I come down and meet you?"
Spirit Animals (O/O)
"You're more then welcome to, Mademoiselle." He chuckles.
She disappeared from the window.
He looked around, tying his hair back into a ponytail. His hair was longer now, having grown it out to meet the middle of his back.
She opened the door, taming her skirts. "Hello,"
He looks over at her and smiles. "Hello." Fei floats back to his hand and he chuckles. "Hey there pretty." He mutters and she purrs, nuzzling his cheek.
"What's your name?" She asked.
"I am Jaye Choi. It is an honor to meet you, miss." He bows politely.
"Maurice," she introduced herself, and curtsied. "What brings you here from Asia, sir?"
"Ah. Family business. I am here to represent my clan as trading partners." He replies, straightening. "But I figured I would roam France for a little while." He chuckles quietly.
"It is a lovely place," Maurine replied. "Have you seen the Tower?"
"I have not." He chuckles a little bit. "I just arrived late last evening." He smiles warmly. "Would you mind giving me a tour?"
"Well, I wouldn't mind at all," Maurine replied.
He smiles and Fei wags her tail excitedly. He offers an arm to her and smiles a little bit.
Maurine allowed her hand to him, "Off we go,"
Jaye begins walking. "Please, mademoiselle. Lead the way."
"Mhm. What's your favorite, so far? Favorite place in Paris?"
"Hmm. I'm not sure. Like I said, I just started walking around." He laughs gently.
"Ah. Well," she dipped her head of carefully pinned-up hair, "It is now my goal to have you fall in love with this city."
He laughs. "I already have with the kind people that live here." he replies, his ponytail swaying back and forth.
"Excellent." Beetle climbed up her bun and perched on top. "What's your favorite food?"
"Well. I highly doubt you have Chao Hong Guo, but I do enjoy your crepe's." He smiles at her. Fei curls around his neck happily.
"Oh, yes crepes. What is a chow hongo?" She mispronounced.
"Chao Hong Guo." He says it slowly for her. He smiled and chuckles. "Stir fried red fruit. It's delicious."
She smiled again. "Perhaps I'll try someday!"
He smiles. "Yes. You should come visit China some day. It is truly breath taking."
"Oh?"
Beetle lifted his head abruptly, his owner didn't notice.
"Indeed." He laughs gently. Fei had perked as well, looking around.
Beetle was staring at a shady alley character. His little ears perked, his scales hackled up in suspicion.
Fei growled faintly and that caught Jaye's attention. "What is it girl?"
