"For the shows too I guess. Plus, you get even more than just four movies, all for less. I just can't afford it myself."
Supernatural (o/o, closed.)
"Hm. I might have to look into it," She replied happily, popping the disc into play
"Between the two of us, it'll be cheaper."
"Yeah." The movie began to play. "Salted popcorn or unsalted?"
"Salted! You can't just not put salt on it!"
"Alrighty" Arwen chuckled, putting some salt in it.
Bas hopped up onto the counter, attempting to steal some of the popcorn.
Arwen took a handful of it and gave Bas some. "Here ya go. Feel free to come back for more," She nodded at the cat.
Bas pawed it out of her hand and onto the counter top, giving her a nod in return before laying down to munch.
Arwen brought the popcorn into the living room. "Anything else? Blankets?"
"If we get cold, we could just sit a bit closer to each other. Body heat, y'know."
"Alright then. Do ya need anything to drink?
"I'm good, thanks." She grinned up at Arwen.
"Okay! Let watch this movie then!"
"Yeah!'
Arwen sat down next to Diana and pressed play on the movie settings.
Diana clapped her hands together with a grin, and Bas made his way over to snuggle up inbetween them. "I love this movie!"
"Me too!" Arwen grinned at Diana. She had missed having company
Diana looked over at Arwen and shot her a wink. She hadn't had more than just a single conversation with anyone in a while, so this was nice.
Arwen reached down to pet Bas. "Sorry for talking during a movie, but I've been wonderin'… Where'd you get Bas? Who found who?"
"He found me. Fixin' myself up in an alley and he comes up and starts pokin' at my stab wounds." She made a face at him, but her tone was fond.
"Ah, I see," She smiled at the pair, continuing to pet him. "I enjoy your company so far. If that's not weird."
"Not at all. I, uh, enjoy yours too."
"Sorry. Feel like I made this awkward." She took a breath. "Shutting up now"
"No, no, you didn't. I haven't exactly had more than a conversation with anyone in a bit. I'm the awkward one."
"Oh. Hey I had an idea!" Arwen's face lit up. "What's your favourite colour? Or a colour you find calming?"
"Um…purple? Like a dark purple?"
"Okay! After the movie, we should go buy some paint!" Arwen nearly squealed.
"Paint…as in for the room?" She tilted her head, raising an eyebrow.
"Yup! The day is still early, so it should be dry by the time you go to sleep. We could also only do the trim, if you want!" She stopped, and remembered. "Unless you don't want to, it's your room."
