He actually growled at him and his his face behind his hands.

He sat up straight and took a sip of his drink, smiling innocently.
“You’re mean….” he pouted.
"Nope. And you started it."
“I just gave you a compliment dammit! You escalated it so there”
"But it's hot when you're embarrassed," He pouted, "Fine, I won't do it again."
“Well if you think it’s hot than I guess I’ll suffer”
"And it's no fair that you get to fluster me so easily and I can't do it to you."
“True….but you’re just so cuuuuuuute.”
"And you're so hot but you don't see me pointing it out every five seconds."
“Well I’m sorry…” he pouted.
"Hey no, it's fine. I don't mind… I'm just not used to it…"
“Okay well…good…” he finally looked up, blushing less than before.
Kyle smiled and nodded a little, taking another drink.
“So when’s your first class start?”
"An hour. I have to go home a shower and get all my papers and stuff so I'll need to go soonish."
“Okay. I’m gonna miss you…” he frowned slightly, remembering something “ughhhh I have to work super late tonight!”
"Does that mean I don't get to see you later?" He pouted.
“Sadly…Aw and I was looking forward to that. Well….work is work. I should just be grateful they even give me days off.”
He sighed, "I guess that's true. When can we meet up again?"
“Maybe sometime late tomorrow?”
"Sure.. if you don't mind me catching up on some school stuff for a little while?"
“Wouldn’t mind at all.” He smiled at him.
"Great." He smiled back.
He took a sip of his coffee, actually feeling pretty happy for once.
Kyle held his cup in both hands and sighed contently.
