“I know but maybe that’s what you needed to do”
He shook his head a little, burying his face in the crook of Caleb's neck, "It wasn't…"
“Well there’s nothing we can do to change the past, so don’t beat yourself up over it, okay?”
"I-I'll try not to…"
“I love you” He smiled, running his fingers through Kyle’s hair.
Kyle smiled softly, leaning into his touches. He liked having his hair played with, "I love you more."
“Nope not possible” he replied with his classic grin.
He whined a little in protest.
He chuckled. “You know I won’t let you win”
"Yeah… I know…"
He kissed him softly again. “But I really do love you a lot” he smiled in a way where it was impossible to be mad at him.
Kyle blushed and still tried to be mad at him, "You know I hate that smile, right?" A complete lie.
He gasped “nooooo babe!!!” He pouts.
He giggled quietly, snuggling into him.
“You know you love me, don’t try and deny it” He replied, still pouting.
“Mhmmm… keep telling yourself that.” He said, his voice muffled.
“Babe I will literally take your snuggles away, try me”
“No! I-I do, please don’t take those away.” This time it was his turn to pout.
“Hue hue it seems I have found a weakness” he grinned
He pouted a little more.
Caleb softly kissed the back of his neck.
Kyle felt a shiver go down his spine.
“Don’t be maaaaaaaad” Caleb whined
“I’m not. That felt nice, by the way…”
“Oh really? Have I found another weakness?” He teased.
Kyle opened his mouth to protest but knew it was true.
He chuckled. “So should I keep that for future reference or for like right now reference?”
“Both…” He replied quietly.
“Copy that” he replied with a smirk
