The Hero shows up at the Villain's doorstep one night // One on One // CLOSED
He shrugged. "Both."
She nodded, sighing softly. ”I don't want to pressure you or anything… But you can tell me anything.” she told him. ”I feel like you know more about me than I really know about you.”
"That's for a reason, Jade." He said simply, shaking his head.
”I’m not scared.” she reminded him, placing a hand on his arm. ”Please, talk to me. What could possibly be so bad that you act like this? I want to help you.”
He shook his head again. "Just stop. It's not…I can't, Jade."
”Please, tell me.” she insisted gently. ”Whatever it is you shouldn't have to live with it alone. Let me help you. What is it; your parents? Your father?”
He closed his eyes for a moment. "Please stop."
Jade sighed and rested her forehead against his shoulder. ”Alright. I’ll stop for now. I still want to know… I still want to help you… but I can wait.” she told him.
He nodded a little bit. "Alright." he replied softly.
She nodded, placing her hand between his shoulders. ”I’m sorry I was so pushy.”
"it's fine." He said, running a hand through his hair.
She sighed a little, still leaning against him.
He put an arm around her, closing his eyes.
She smiled a little at the gesture and shifted into it.
He smiled down at her.
This is better. she smiled up at him, enjoying this. I’m probably going to have a migraine later… Hopefully not until morning.
He smiled back a little bit, holding her close.
She leaned into the hold, closing her eyes as she continued to smile at him.
Killian smiled a little bit.
”We should probably get some rest.” she suggested softly.

He nodded. "Mm."

She nodded and gently tugged against his arm to get him to lay down.
He lay down, rolling onto his side and putting his arm around her waist.
She hummed softly in content and cuddled against him.
He held her close, pulling the blankets around her body.
She smiled at the sweet gesture.
He let out a sigh, closing his eyes.
”Good night, Killian.” she whispered.
"Good night." he replied softly.
