She smiled affectionately up at him, her face still rosy.

He kept holding her, smiling.
She sighed softly and relaxed against his shoulder, silently watching the rest of the arcade.
His gaze flickered around the arcade quietly.
She smiled softly, watching the few people playing some of the games or just hanging out like they were.
Eventually, Alex and Max came over, arm in arm.
"You guys having fun?" Max asked, smiling.
“I know I’ve been having a good time.” Jade smiled back, glad to see them again. “What about you two?”
"Oh, yeah we have." Max said, smiling up at his husband for a moment, before returning his gaze to Jade and Killian.
Jade blushed a little when she registered that she was still leaning against Killian’s side. While she didn't completely pull away from him, she did straighten up slightly so it was less obvious.
"Anyways, we're going to head out because we're both tired from work and stuff today. It was nice to meet you, Jade." Alex said, smiling at her.
“Ok. It was very nice to meet both of you as well.” she smiled back sincerely. “And… Thank you for letting me tag along today.”
"Of course. I hope yo see you again at some point? Killian, you're welcome to come over anytime." Alex added. "And bring her, of course."
“I hope so too.” she agreed with a nod, though she felt her face warm slightly at the invitation to spend more time with them and Killian.
Alex beamed, waving goodbye as he and Max made their way towards the exit.
Jade smiled brightly back and waved at the couple as they left.
Killian waved at Alex and Max as they left, smiling softly.
“They’re a very nice couple.” she commented softly.
Killian nodded. "Yeah, they are."
“I’m glad I got to meet them.” she smiled at him.
He smiled, kissing her cheek. "I am too."
She giggled softly at the kiss, blushing again.
He grinned, holding onto her.
She smiled back and kissed his cheek. “Thank you for introducing me to your family.”
"You're welcome." he replied softly.
“Do you want to head back too?” she asked.
Hr shrugged. "Mm, probably should at some point."
“Yeah.” she agreed, though she didn't really want the moment to end too soon.
He kissed her forehead softly, quiet.
She hummed softly and smiled up at him.
He smiled back at her.
