“Ok. Sorry. It's just… There's something about you that seems very familiar.” she explained with a shrug as she opened the door to the building.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She laughed a little. "It's fine. Don't worry about it."

“Alright.” she smiled a little, glad that she hadn't offended Raven. “Come on in. I’m a couple floors up.”

@ElderGod-Icefire

She nodded, following Jade.

Jade glanced at the elevator and forced herself to take a slow breath before shaking her head. “Stairs ok?” she asked, already taking a couple steps in that direction.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Raven blinked. "Uh yeah, I guess so."

Jade blushed as caught the other girl’s confusion. “I… Uhh, I hate small spaces.” she admitted softly.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She nodded. "Oh, yeah, I get that. No problem."

“Yeah. Sorry.” she blushed as she began walking up the stairs.

@ElderGod-Icefire

"It's fine." she replied, following Jade.

Jade smiled a little, still a bit embarrassed of her phobia, and continued up the stairs until they reached her floor.

She kept walking, carrying some of hte bags.

Jade fumbled with her key for a moment before finally getting the door to her apartment open. “Come on in. My roommate is at work right now.”

@ElderGod-Icefire

"Alright." she came inside, setting the bags down on the table and looking around for a moment.

Jade smiled a little as she set down her bags and started unpacking them.

Before she left for the store and shortly after Sophie had left, Jade had pulled out one of her many projects to work on. Though apparently she had forgotten to put the blueprints away when she decided to go shopping.

Raven spotted the blueprints, and raised an eyebrow.

Jade hadn't seemed to notice yet, as she was still putting grocery's away. “Hey, you want anything to drink?” she offered.

The blueprints seemed to be rough plans for a jetpack. There were several little notes written on the edges, highlighting certain problems or ideas for construction along with a few that were scratched out.

Raven studied the designs for a moment, then turned to Jade. "Sure?"

Jade smiled back with a small nod. “Any preference? We got water, juice, soda…” her eyes widened when she realized what was on the table in front of Raven. “Oh shi… I… I can explain.” she said hurriedly.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Raven laughed faintly. "Yeah, please do."

“I… Uhh, I…” she stammered, trying to rack her brain for any believable excuse for having those kinds of blueprints in her house. And it was all written in her own handwriting. “It’s a hobby? You know, for… Uhh, Comic-Con.” she winced internally at how flimsy that sounded.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She was quiet for a long moment. "Ah, I see. Of course." She shrugged, studying Jade.

Jade’s face was burning with embarrassment as she deliberately avoided eye contact and furiously resumed putting away her groceries.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She laughed faintly, looking around.

“Wh-what’s so funny?” she asked as she heard Raven laugh, though she still didn't look at her.

@ElderGod-Icefire

Raven shook her head. "Nothing, don't worry about it."

“If only I could… Can't stop worrying about it.” she muttered under her breath.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She didn't quite hear what Jade had said, but didn't question it.

Jade had to pause her chore, wincing as a headache started to build.

@ElderGod-Icefire

She glanced over, uncertain what to do now.
