It was early morning, the sunrise was barely beginning, and a commotion was rising at the town square. A paper had been found tacked onto the statue of King Jerrod and his Queen, Mia. No one knew who put it there, and no one dared to try to take it down. It was a call-to-arms, and paper trying to recruit, all for the rebellion. And as the people swarmed the statue to read the recruitment paper, the twins who had placed it there in the middle of the night sat together against the trunk of a near tree. To Jekyll, it was humorous seeing how horrified these people were by the rebellion. Hyde didn't care, he just wanted to scout out a team, a group of people just like them to take to the castle, and to end Jerrod Kim's reign once and for all. So, they sat, and watched, and waited for the ones who would lead the rebellion to victory.

@megandawnkorain

(ok i kinda failed at that but the main thing is there's a recruitment poster for the rebellion on a statue of the king and queen.)

Andrea was sucked into the whirlpool of people surrounding the poster. She was incredibly confused. What started as a pleasant morning on her day off turned into a battle against a mob of others. By what could only have been fate, she found herself thrust directly in front of the poster for enough time to read it. 'Rebellion'. The concept certainly intrigued her, and she was never one to back down from a challenge. But who was the source of this call? The young woman used her strength to part the crowd so she could leave the centre of its thrum, stumbling out to find herself before two men sitting under a tree. They didn't appear much older than her, and on closer inspection seemed to be twins…

Petra walked through the streets, pick-pocketing people as she passed, and also listening in to their conversations. Just as she was about to reach into a man's bag, everyone started heading toward the center of town. Huh? She followed, taking jewelry, money, and anything she could sell from anyone she 'accidentally' ran into. When she reached the statue, she read the poster, then looked around, spotting two men who were watching the crowd. Petra pushed her way through the people, and walked up to them. "So, did you two start all this?" She asked, gesturing to the crowd.

(Gotta go. See ya 2morrow!)

Jekyll made eye contact with a girl he saw stumble out of the mob. Unlike the others around her, who all looked terrified at the note, this woman looked curious, intrigued maybe. He smirked and hit his brother's shoulder. "We got one, Hydie." He whispered excitedly.

Hyde groaned at the nickname but looked at the woman who was looking right at them. "Please stop calling me Hydie."

Jekyll snorted and stood up. "I'm going to talk to her, watch for any more." He didn't wait long enough to see Hyde's nod, instead walking into an alleyway not too far away. He hoped she got the hint and followed him.

@megandawnkorain

(ope– pretend that happened before Petra walked up to them. Like, she saw Jekyll leave, and is talking to Hyde now)

@megandawnkorain

Hyde tried not to freak out, and answered as calmly as he could. He wasn't good at conversations like these. "Why do you want to know?" He decided on asking.

Andy observed as one of the two got up and left. It seemed he wanted to discuss something, further provoking her curiosity. Perhaps he knew something?

Despite her father's warnings of going into dark allies with strangers, Andy followed the man, checking the dagger hidden in the vest she wore - somewhat glad she brought it.

With a purposeful stride, she approached the stranger. She stood before him, her gaze steely and a hand rested over her dagger pocket.

"Who are you and what do you know about the poster?" Andy asked, a sternness in her voice that she hoped would prevent any funny business.

@megandawnkorain

Jekyll laughed a little. "Oh okay, I see how it is." He gave her cocky smirk and a mocking bow. "My name is Jekyll Wexler. Now, no need to be so hostile. We're just having a friendly chat." He told her confidently. He was truly enjoying this, but he knew that sooner or later he'd need to go back to Hyde for more recruitment. He hoped that they'd be able to talk quickly about this.

Andy raised an eyebrow, on closer inspection the man didn't seem like that much of a threat.
"Jekyll, huh…" she muttered mostly to herself. Her eyes flicked back to the man, her gaze suddenly a lot less steely.
"My name is Andrea Brooks. You have my attention, now tell me about the poster. I'm assuming it's yours, right?"
