"KEITH!" She shouts, looking for brother. She swore before rushing towards the darkness, looking for her brother, her eyes wide and panicked. She stumbled a little and looked down. A passed out soldier. She swore. "WE HAVE INTRUDERS!" She screeches at the camp.

Keith ran faster, panting heavily. "Andy, hang on, hang on…" He runs faster, his heartbeat quickening. He needed to see if his sister was safe. If something happened to her, he would never forgive himself. He rushed towards the camp, hearing the other scream for him. "Shit!!"

@gracehustle

“Shit, they found us.” Jax whispered furiously, looking at Blaze, “Stay close. Don’t do anything stupid, I know you.” The team started moving again, not bothering with the two guards as they made their was to almost the door of the base. Without a second thought, they took out the guards at the door. This time with bullets. It was quick and soon they were dashing towards the door, a quick explosive in hand to blow it open.

The rest of the team followed behind them and soon their who group was together, with several of their best shots at the door guarding it while the others went in to get what they needed. Blaze rolled her eyes at Jax’s comment but nodded, knowing he was just looking out for her.

Andy ran right towards the sounds of bullets, her eyes wide as she shoved herself into the building, fighting anyone who got in her way. "Stop right there!" She screeches, her eyes wild and angry. Blood covered her, but it wasn't hers. "Don't move." She had a rifle in her hands, her eyes filled with fire and anger.

Keith made it to the camp, his eyes wide at the carnage. He rushed towards the building, looking around desperately for his sister. His sniper was thumping against his chest, his heart pounding. Please be okay… please be okay…

@gracehustle

Their team was already packing their bags with anything and everything they needed, shooting or knocking out any guard that got in their way. Blaze was busy shoving ammo into her bag when she came face to face with a girl with anger in her eyes. A gun was pointed right at her face and she froze. The only way she was going to get out of this alive was Jax coming to her rescue. Her eyes widened and she dropped the box of bullets, glancing back into the hallway for any sign of her best friend.

Jax was sweeping a different room, clearing it out and searching the bodies without a second look of remorse. This was war. There was no time to think about who the person you just shot was or what their family would think when they heard they were dead. “Sparks!” He shouted when the room was clear, “Get over here! Found a better weapon for you!” When she didn’t answer he immediately got worried. With the fire of bullets she could have easily been hit. He glanced around the room before dashing out, his body going into an instinctive mode he didn’t know he had.

Andy's breathing was heavy, a fire blazing in her eyes. "You think you can show up here and just tale whatever you want? Kill whoever you want?" Her voice was shaking. "Those men and women out there have family and you kill them off with no remorse. Are you sure we're the villains here?" She trembled as she held the gun angered tears rushing down her face. "That anguish their families will feel when they know you damn rebels killed their child, fiance, father, mother, or other?"

Keith made it into the building, looking panicked as he searched. She needed her to be here. He ran faster as his breath turned sharp. No. He needed to keep going. He needed to find his sister.

@gracehustle

“And you don’t think we feel the same way?” Blaze knew for a fact it probably wasn’t a good idea to fight with this girl, but In her eyes they were the villains. They didn’t understand. A flame sparked in her eyes similar to the girls, “We’ve lost hundreds of more men than you, all because of your stupid king and I know for damn sure our families feel just as much pain as yours. The difference though is these people have their lives trying to fix this country, making lives better for their children, grandchildren and everyone after them. Your king? Just sits on his throne and does nothing for the people. How does that make us the villains?”

Jax cursed internally when he didn’t see Blaze right away but he pressed on, eyes sharp as he flicked over the bodies. She couldn’t be dead. He couldn’t go back to the base knowing he hadn’t tried everything in his power to get her back, even if it was just her body. It would break him, knowing the last person he cared about was gone. “Calm down Jax, she’s fine, she’s alive, just go find her.”

@Vuclan-is-tired

She shook her head. "Why do you think we fight for the king, then? We fight to protect the people. But when people like you attack, he gets angry. There's nothing we can do. We fight because we're protecting our friends, our family. But it was your rebel group who took my parents from me. I will never forgive anyone for the murder of my parents, my little sister. Not you. Not my king." her voices was shaking. Her finger slipped to the trigger. "You… I lost everything to your rebel alliance. My brother is the only one I have. And I don't even know if he's alive!"

Keith panted before stumbling. He couldn't find her. He was searching desperately through the bodies, praying to God he wouldn't find her amongst them. He felt like he was going to puke. He lost his parents. He lost Jennifer. He can't lose Andrea too.

@gracehustle

“Your ‘protecting the people’ means hundreds of us went hungry. This was the way to stop seeing your friends and family die in front of us.” She growled. Surprisingly, she wasn’t scared of being shot. For all she knew Jax was dead as well, and if everyone she knew was dead, then she had failed. “I lost just as much as you in this war. My parents are gone, my younger brothers are gone, my older brother is gone too. All I have left is Jax, and he could be just as dead as your brother could be. We fight for the same reason as you, except we’re willing to lay down our lives for them. Your king is a tyrant. He doesn’t care for the people that make the kingdom run and we’re sick of it, sick of running out of food every week.”

“Sparky?” Jax shouted, hearing a small trail of her voice somewhere. A weak smile rushed to his face and he raced towards her voice, stopping in his tracks when he saw a gun pointed at her. Gritting his teeth, he raised his gun and aimed it at the girl who was aiming for Blaze, “Drop the gun and you’ll live.”

@Vuclan-is-tired

Her eyes widen, her hands shaky. "Th-that's not true…" She whispers. "That's not true!" She shakes her head and her breathing became faster. She didn't want to believe a word the woman said. It wasn't true… "You're wrong… he… he…" She raised her gun, her hand shaking as she held the gun. "You're wrong." She whispers. She heard the other come up behind her and she whirled around, her gun aiming for his forehead. "No." She growls. "You're all just trying to get in my head, you're lying!" She shrieks. Her breathing was heavy, her eyes wide. She didn't want to believe a word they said. They were wrong. They were wrong! They were rebels, they were going to ruin her life. For all she knew, they had killed her brother.

Keith heard his sister and he rushed forward, his breathing fast as he tried to get to her. She sounded scared and broken.

(Can she get shot, and he gets taken into custody since they're elites?)

@gracehustle

(Sure, honestly this rp is crazy good XD i love it)

“Does it look like I’m lying?” Blaze asked, grabbing her gun and aiming it at the girl. “Do you think we would be fighting if we were lying? Go ask your king if we’re lying. Believe me, if this wasn’t true I would be living with my family and nothing’s would be wrong in the world.” She scrambled to her feet and slung her pack of weapons and ammo onto her back. She gave Jax the biggest look of thanks she could, even when she was met with a look that said she was a crazy ass idiot and he would be sure to talk to her when they were back at the base.

“Drop your gun. I’m not going to ask again.” Jax growled, his eyes cold as he looked to the girl again. His mind told him he wouldn’t be able to kill her, she was just as scared as any of them. But he would shoot her in the leg if it got her to drop her gun. Maybe they could bring her and her supposed brother back to the base for questioning.

@Vuclan-is-tired

(Basically my boy attacks him, he loses his grip and he shoots her fatally. That would completely break my bean into submission and would barely fight back)

She was shaking, her head racing. She didn't want to believe a word the male said. This couldn't be right. She grew up in this world. In this cruel and awful world. She hated it, and she didn't want to believe it. "No, no, no. This isn't right…" She whispers, before her gun goes towards the female, her hand shaking. "You're wrong! Both of you are wrong!" She shrieks.

He runs faster, his heart racing. "Come on little sis!" he begged. She had to be okay. He sees the scene and instantly goes to tackle the boy, his arms wrapping around his stomach and knocking them both off balance.

@gracehustle

“No!” Blaze screamed as Jax was tackled, hearing a gunshot go off. She didn’t see where it went as her attention focused on the one person she refused to loose in this world. She didn’t care if the girl shot her, or even if the boy did, she was already scrambling to make sure he was ok.

Jax already had everything under control by the time she got over to him, the only bad thing was he knew his gun went off. He knew where the bullet landed. Smacking the guy in the head with the butt of his gun, he nodded to tell Blaze he was fine. In his mind though, he thought over what had just happened. His face paled and he looked over at the girl, what had really happened settling into his face with a look of concern and complete dread.

@Vuclan-is-tired

Andy barely had a moment to look at her brother before the world went dark. Her limp body fell to the floor, blood seeping through a hole in her forehead. The gun fell from her hand, clattering to the floor, her eyes still wide in surprise. There was nothing her brother could have done.

Keith let out a scream when he saw her fall, and the world went completely dark. But he knew he wasn't dead. Not yet at least. The elite marking on his shoulder glistened and as he fell to the floor a single tear fell. His sister was gone. He was the only one left.

@gracehustle

Jax grimaced as he stood, looking to the boy with a look of pity. Even if he was a kings soldier, he was still a human, and his sister had just been shot dead in front of him. He tucked his gun away and nodded to Blaze again. The mark on the boy’s shoulder interests him. “An elite, interesting,” he muttered.

Blaze looked in shock to the girl. She was so young, and still believed the world was better than it was, she didn’t need to die. Shaking her head, she looked to Jax when he talked. “Are we going to take him with for questioning? We could use the information.” Getting a nod in response, she turned her attention to the boy, her gun aimed at him. “You’re going to come with us….You can go say your goodbyes to your sister quickly if you want though, and you can take a keepsake. Not her gun though.”

@Vuclan-is-tired

Keith was shaking, tears gushing down his cheeks. His body trembled. All he could hear was the gunshot. His breathing was shaky as he gazed at the blood. He was alone now. His sister was gone. He didn't want to believe it. He reached towards her body, his head throbbing from being hit in the head by the male. He sobbed, choking back tears as he crawled towards his sister. Her dead eyes gaze up at him, and he sobbed. "Damn it…" He whispers. "I'm sorry sis…" He mutters, his eyes losing their color slowly. He shuts her eyes before gently taking hold of a chain around her neck and undoing it. It was a necklace, a locket to be specific. He gave it to her when she had turned seven. He accepted defeat. He tucked it into his breast pocket before putting his hands above his head.

@gracehustle

Blaze went into the hall and ripped off a section of one of the soldiers uniforms, ripping it into two pieces. She tied his hands together with both of the pieces so it wouldn’t come undone before motioning for him to stand up. She couldn’t bear to look at the girl so she didn’t, poking the boy in the back, “Turn around and get moving.” Her voice wasn’t as cold as Jax’s was, but she was still on high alert and she couldn’t focus on sounding nice.

Before he did start moving, Jax grabbed his gun and tucked it away just in case before taking the lead in front of the two of them, leading them down back towards the exit.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He walked slowly, his head hung. He rather he had died in his sisters place. He couldn't think straight and his body felt numb as if he were spiraling into the ground and he couldn't get back up. He felt as if he were drowning. His chest was compressed, and his breathing was uneven. He felt as if he was dying. Like a monster was tearing him to shreds. This didn't feel right. He hated this feeling. He walked obediently, not fighting back, not saying anything. Just letting himself be taken where he was most likely going to be tortured for info then killed. Honestly be believed he deserved it. He let his sister die when he promised he would protect her.

@gracehustle

No one tried to stop them as they left, mostly because the only few soldiers left alive were their teammates or other soldiers being taken with. Blaze pressed her eyes shut when she saw the pretty girl with the buzz cut laying dead on the floor, bullet wounds littering her chest and her eyes still open. It was terrible. She hated this damn war, but they couldn’t give up now, they were finally making progress even with more of their friends and family dying from things exactly like this. The sign of their group was already painted on the wall near the door, a yellow star surrounded by a thin red circle and a slightly bigger blue one.

Jax stopped by the few other remaining members of their raid group, counting heads. The commander, Blaze, himself, two tall and burly guys who were clearly brothers, a girl with raven black hair going down to her mid back in a tight braid and another girl with pale blue eyes. Without a second word, they started back to their base in silence, the captured soldiers following behind whoever had tied their hands while another took the end of the line to make sure no one escaped.

@Vuclan-is-tired

Keith said nothing, looked at no one. His mind was blank. He hated himself, every damn fiber of skin. He felt as if he were going to die. He wanted his sister back. he wanted her to be alive. He wished that they were both fine and neither one was dead and that the war was nonexistent. A soft tear flashed down his cheek as he walked, the binds holding his wrists hurt, but he said nothing, the locket feeling cold against his chest through the thin fabric. He wanted to cry, to scream, to punch something, but he couldn't.

@gracehustle

They walked for hours, with the sun just coming up over the horizon as they reached the hill before their base. Blaze was almost falling asleep as they walked and she was sure Jax was just as tired. Before they could crash though they had to bring the boy to one of the holding cells. Blaze tromped through the long grass and trees around the base before they stepped onto the main gravel path and turned to an older concrete building. She yawned as Jax led the three of them to the building and opened the door.

Inside was just a simple row of cells, with concrete walls diving them and just a basic bar wall and door in front. Jax led the captured soldier to the cell on the very end and opened the door with a key across from the door on the opposite wall. The cell wasn’t terribly plain, with a clearly homemade quilt topping the bed and a small stack of clean clothes on top of it. There was a bucket in the corner for obvious reasons and a small notebook with a pencil was on the clothes.

@Vuclan-is-tired

Keith was stumbling by the point they had reached the camp. He was out of tears. He was out of words. He throat was closed off, barely allowing him to breathe past the lump in his throat. He walked into the cell without a word and said absolutely nothing. He looked around before just sitting on the bed, not saying anything as he curled in on himself. Images of his sister laying dead on the floor flashed through his mind. He said nothing.

@gracehustle

“Do you want me to undo your hands?” Blaze asked, ignoring the look she got from Jax. He rolled his eyes and handed her the key before walking out, clearly going to get some sleep so he could yell at Blaze for a solid hour later. She fiddled with the key in her hand and looked around with a sigh, “I’ll bring you some food before I go to sleep as well.”

@Vuclan-is-tired

He shrugged and offered his hands to her. He didn't make any other movement, looking completely broken. He didn't care for food. He wasn't hungry. He wasn't happy in the slightest. He'd rather if they killed him. But it didn't seem like they were willing to do so. He let her release him before curling in on himself again and hiding his face in his arms.

@gracehustle

Blaze tucked the cloth into her pocket and jabbed her chin towards the clothes, “You might want to change into those, they’re a little cleaner than the ones you’re wearing right now.” The clothes were nothing fancy, just a pair of soft cloth pants, a shirt made out of the same material and a pair of nice boots with socks. With that, she walked out of the cell and locked the door behind her, going to grab him food as quick as she could before she fell asleep where she stood. Her eyelids felt like they weighed a hundred pounds but she made it to the mess hall and got him a plate of food, an apple, fresh roll and even a tiny slice of chicken.

@Vuclan-is-tired

He stared at the wall, not moving before pulling the locket out of his chest pocket and gazing at the thin chain. He sighed and changed before settling on the bed and gazing at the locket in his hands. He kept quiet, saying nothing whenever someone would look at him. He wanted to sleep, but he dreaded what he might see. Nightmares were a friend of his. He sighed and shook his head.

@gracehustle

When she finally came back she opened the cell door again, holding out the plate of food to him before picking up his old clothes and walking back out. They would be washed and given back to him as an extra set of clothes. She locked the door behind her and hung the key up before mumbling something about getting some sleep and leaving. The clothes went in a pile by the door and she dropped them there before almost stumbling to her room. She reached her door underground not a second too soon and stumbled in, only having enough energy to shut the door and kick off one of her shoes before passing out on the bed.
