He ran his hands through his hair, mumbling a curse under his breath. "Okay."

"I'm sorry once again," Antonio told Quinn after hearing the faint trace of a curse.
"'s fine." he replied, looking ahead at the street.
"Okay," Antonio said and went quiet afterwards.
He kept walking.
Antonio walked alongside him. This whole search was going to go poorly and he knew it.
He had no idea where to even start. The outskirts? Which part?
The only hope Antonio had at the moment was that the outskirts of town were large and it would be easy to not find them. His nonexistant family that is.
The outskirts were…rather large, and with no idea of direction…"This is going to be like finding a needle in a haystack. If they aren't dead."
"That bad?" Antonio asked him wincing ever so slightly.
"Mhm." Quinn replied, frowning a little as they came to a crossroads. The streets were eerily empty.
Antonio wasn't fond of how empty everything was, "Are the streets always this quiet?"
"Usually." Quinn replied, nodding a little bit.
"It's just so, strange," Antonio admitted.
"What, exactly?" he asked, raising his eyebrows.
"A city being this large and this quiet," Antonio replied.
He let out a faint, bitter laugh. "Yes. Well."
"Yeah," Antonio trailed off after Quinn.
Quinn closed his eyes for just a moment, shaking his head.

Antonio glanced over at Quinn. He didn't know what to say or do.

Quinn took a deep breath, opening his eyes again. "Look, I…this search is going to be really damn hard."
"I, I understand," Antonio replied glancing over at Quinn, "I hadn't expected it to be easy."
He nodded a little bit.
Antonio gave him a nod in return.
Quinn kept walking, sighing faintly.
Antonio glanced over at him before looking back ahead.
Quinn hummed faintly as they walked.
Antonio gained a slight smile as he heard Quinn hum.
He sighed quietly, still humming.
Antonio glanced at Quinn unsure as to what to say from here.
