"Well I don't even know what to let him call you, and plus your basically his dad now…" Harper sighed watching Cas.
Turned Around **One on One, stalkers welcome**
He nodded and went back to scooping out the fudge. Once done, he put them in the fridge to set up. Leaning against the counter he took the bowl and started scooping out the left overs, offering her some
"I'm good…" She whispers, her mind busy with thoughts, "I love you." She hugs him.
He hugged her back "and I love you, Johnsey…and fudge." He smiled "what are you thing my beautiful one?"
"But I'm number one right?" She asks, smiling up at him. "Too many things…us, landon, the new baby, my dad…"
He nodded "definatly number one," he kissed her head "don't worry about us, we'll be fine. Is your dad alright?"
"My dad hasn't seen me for weeks now, he hasn't even called or anything…" Harper sighs, "There's one message from his office but I haven't heard it yet…D–Do you think…he's-He's d-ead?"
"I shouldn't be thinking the worst right now…" She mumbles, putting her head in his chest.
He nuzzled her hair "I'll look for him if you want." He suggested
"No, I just need to check my phone or something." She says, as Landon runs back into the kitchen.
"I found a good room, and I picked the babies new room!" He gets excited.
"Great buddy!" Harper smiles at him.
He nodded "are you sure?" he glanced down at Landon "are you sure? they have to be perfect." he said
"Yes I'm sure! I'm one hundred perchent postive!" Landon exclaims, tugging on Harper's left hand.
"Little man it's percent not perchent. Come on Cas, let's have Landon show us the 'Perfect' room placement." Harper smiles, pulling away from the hug.
He laughed and set the bowl down on the counter next to him "yeah, I'm coming. Let's see if your skills of judging a room are good Lan."
Landon leads them to a room right next to Harper's, "Look, the baby would have a great room!"
"Why are you so hyper Little Man?" Harper asks, smiling at Landon's enthusiasm.
"I'M EXCITED FOR A SIBLING!" He shouts before settling down to say, "And my room is across from the baby."
Cas laughs and leaned against the threshold on the room "looks great Lan," he praised "Patience though. Mama's not having the baby for a couple of months now. think you can wait?"
"I guess I can wait…" Landon sighs, "Mommy, how did you and dad meet?"
"That kiddo is a long story." Harper smiles at Cas, "I'll tell you part of the story later."
Harper's phone rang, "One second you two. Don't get in too much trouble." She ran off to get her phone. TO her relief it was her dad calling.
"A very long story."He smiled softly and walked into the room, sitting down next to Landon as Harper answered her phone.
"So what do ya say we finish up that game of Monopoly? I still think I can beat you and mama."
"Yeah, so I think you should swing by later….I got a lot of news for you. Anyways I got to go." Harper says while sitting on the floor grabbing the monopoly game out. "Love you too!"
"Who was that?" Landon asks.
"Your grandpa." Harper smiles setting up the game.
"Cool!" Landon smiles, "I think Dad can bet you mommy!"
"Ah see now that's a bad idea," Cas warned with a knowing smile "I'm usually very good at winning bets." He helped set the game up from where they started off before
"Whoa hold on a minute. I just realize neither of you have met my dad." Harper looks at the both of them.
Landon smiles, "Mommy, daddy is so going to beat you at this."
"You never know, you could beat us both." She tells him, looking at the game board.
He nodded "that'd be great. I'd love to meet your dad." He said with a hopefull smile
"Don't be so hopeful Cas, he might not like you…" Harper trails off, handing Lando the dice.
He shrugs "maybe, maybe not. We'll see."he watches as Landon plays his turn and rolls a 4.
"What do you two want for dinner?" She asks them both, "We could meet my dad at the really good chinses food restaurant down the street."
"Chinese sounds good," he said glancing up at her.
"What about you kiddo?" She asks the little boy.
"I just want food." He smiles up at Harper.
"Wow. I'll take that as a yes." Harper smiles, grabbing her phone to text her dad the new plans of meeting him at the restaurant.
"I love this kid, he's not picky!" Cas laughed and rolled his turn, only moving up 2 spaces. He passed the dice to Harper
"he said at six o'clock." Harper smiles at Cas's remark and then rolls a five. Moving her piece five and handing the dice to Landon.
"it's 5:30. Should we be readying to go or wait a bit?" He asked, watching the next turn being rolled
"It takes five minutes to walk there, so we can leave a little bit later." Harper says, watching Landon roll six and get around the board. "Nice job kiddo!"
