Kris hurried after Alto after the last bell. "Alto!" He calls happily, waving at the other.
Alto glanced behind him, getting a little fluttery feeling when he saw Kris. "Hey." He smiled. "What's up?"
Kris walks to him and smiles. "Nothing much. Um… I was wondering if you wanted to hang out for a little?" He asks curiously.
"Uh..yeah..sure. What do you want to do?" Alto asks, continuing to walk beside Kris to his locker.
"Anything is fine." He smiles a little bit before shouldering his bag.
“Well you asked so shouldn’t you plan it?” Alto laughed, shoving his things in his bag.
"I kinda wanted to do what you wanted to do." He shrugs. "But I have some stuff in mind if you want."
“I’m fine with anything.” He smiled, swinging his bag over his shoulder. “Where to?”
"They opened a new cafe a little ways down." He says happily.
“Sounds good.” Alto followed him. Wait oh shit is this a date??
Kris smiles and walks them to his car, opening the passenger seat for him before walking to the driver's seat. "Alrighty."
Alto smiled at him, getting in the car and taking his phone out, texting Halo that he wouldn’t be home as soon as he normally was.
Halo replied with his approval before explaining he was just going to sleep.
Alto shoved his phone back in his pocket and leaned back a little in his seat.
Kris smiled. "So how was school today?" He asks curiously.
“Meh. Like usual.” He laughed a little, running a hand through his hair.
Kris chuckles at that and pulls out of the parking lot. "Nothing interesting?"
“Is there ever?” Alto laughed a little. “How about you?”
"Well. A kid managed to make a beaker explode in science today." He laughs lightly.
“Oh my god I heard that when I was in the history room!” Alto giggled. “What happened?”
Kris laughs. "The kid had put a cork in the beaker before putting it over the fire. To much air expansion and boom!
“That’s so stupid!” Alto said.
"I know!" He laughs as they drive. "But it was funny."
“Do you know who it was?” Alto asked curiously, glancing over at him.
"His name is Derek." He chuckled as they pull into the cafe parking lot.
