Derlik sat down, taking his plate and adding some maple syrup. He picked up his fork again, cutting off a square and putting it in his mouth.
God, he was a horrible person.
Nik added the syrup and then started eating quietly.

Derlik hummed looking over to Nik with a bit of a smile. He continued to eat, fork clinking against his plate as he hummed some.

Twili was leading Smoke back to the clearing, her hand in his, eating a piece of fruit and offering one to the cat.
Smoke took the fruit gratefully, smiling lightly at her.

Twili smiled back, lightly bumping into Smoke. She glanced at Derlik, then at his plate, before looking away.
Smoke's tail twitched a little and he took a bite of fruit.

"Hey you two!" Derlik called out.
Smoke looked up, ears pricking faintly. "Hmm?"

"Come on over!" Twili tilted her own head, her hand going in his as she walked over.
Smoke walked over, curious.

Derlik hummed, smiling a bit.
"Did you have enough breakfast?"
He nodded a little. "Mhm!"

"Good! Twili's been keeping you safe, right?" Derlik folded his legs, humming.

"I'm glad. There are a lot of minor gods who'd want to, ah, not play so nice." Derlik smiled at Smoke, turning to Nik a moment.
Nik had finished up his food, setting the plate aside and stretching a little. Smoke nodded faintly.

"Well, I'm going to go take care of these dishes real quick, and then we can try to figure out something to do today." Derlik stood, making his way into the trees again with the plates and forks. He picked up his fork from the plate, in a moment the syrup and saliva covered Arthur in it's place.
"Alright." Nik replied softly. Arthur squirmed faintly, grimacing at the feeling of syrup and saliva coating his body.

Derlik smirked some as Arthur tried to grimace around the thread. He poked the man's chest with a finger, humming.
"What's wrong~?"
Arthur flinched faintly, blinking up at Derlik.

"Want me to clean you up?" Derlik hummed some, tilting Arthur's head to the side with his finger.
Arthur closed his eyes, unsure about that.
