Callie grinned, unwrapping a blueberry one and eating it, sitting on the couch again - making sure he was facing Apollo so he could see if he tried to communicate with him.

(Blueberry? What the hell kind of jolly rancher is that?)

Apollo meandered over to join the other on the couch, looking around with a tiny sigh. It was so empty. He was going to have to ask his brothers for money so he could get some more stuff. Like a TV. That would be a lot better.

Callie liked the simplicity of the apartment. Unlike his own, it was sort of refreshing. No loud colors or license plates on the walls, no photos or anything else like that. Not a ton of people all the time, either - right now, it was just him and Apollo.

(What? Do you mean blue raspberry or actually fucking blueberry?? Confusion???)

Apollo himself didn't really like it. It was drab and run down. He kind of wanted to get a rug or something to spruce up the place. Or maybe he could ask an artist to paint something on his wall. Something just to personalize it.

Callie glanced down at him, wondering what he might be thinking about. Unlike Callie, Apollo probably wasn't left alone with his own mind for too long, and it was interesting to imagine what might be going through other people's. But he couldn't go far before the thought struck him again. He's cute.

Apollo glanced at Callie and blushed when he caught the other staring. He waved a little past his Cheetos, somehow blushing deeper. He wanted to say something, so many things running through his head, but he wasn't able to. He really liked Callie. He looked nice. Like… really nice.

Aw, he's blushing. Callie could only wonder what he was blushing about - a small, tiny voice said it was Callie - but that probably wasn't the case. He smiled softly, hoping to at least somewhat ease whatever nervousness Apollo had.

That didn't really seem to help him and he dipped his head down to his knees, his blush spreading like wildfire. Apollo wanted to hide from Callie's cute little smile forever, it was just too sweet to look at. He popped a Cheeto for a distraction.

Callie smiled a little more, although now it was more to himself than anything. Apollo was blushing deeply now, and if he was being honest with himself, there was only one thing it could be right now. Callie.

Apollo stood up and bumbled off into the kitchen, messing around with a couple cups of ramen before boiling some water for them. Apollo couldn't have feelings for someone already. It was bad enough, right? That's how he has such dark blood. He fell in love with someone he wasn't supposed to.

Callie shifted on the couch to watch him, not having anything else to do. Occasionally he would look down at his hands for rust or chipping - there never was any, but he always checked anyway. If Apollo was blushing because of him, then…well, he didn't know what. It certainly wasn't bad - Apollo was pretty, and he'd been nice to Callie despite his state of affairs.

(Speaking of nothing to do, what now?)

(Ummm nope. I was thinking Apollo's brothers were going to come by and make it awkward between them so they can advance in their relationship but that's all I have.)
