Beau nodded again and stood up with Alex, taking his hand as they left the park.
Zero Gravity ((one-on-one//private))
Alex kept Beau closer to his side then normal, clearly on edge.
Beau's mind was going a mile a minute, considering all the things he'd have to do to not get badly injured or killed in hell. He figured that would be something Alex would tell him.
Alex drove them home in silence, not even bothering to put the radio on, either. He knew this was a bad idea but it had to be done.
"Y-You okay, love…?" Beau asked tentatively, looking over at Alex.
“Honestly… no…” He admitted softly, not looking over at Beau in case the angel saw the fear in his eyes.
Beau nodded and fell silent, going inside with Alex once they got home. "What all do we need to bring?"
(Hey so i just wanted to say sorry for being so slow recently. School has been up my ass so I haven't been on as much)
Alex grabbed a couple duffel bags out of a near by cupboard, "The essentials. Clothes, shoes, tooth brush and so on."
(No problem)
"How long should we prepare for?" Beau asked, helping Alex pack.
Alex took some time to think, "A couple weeks, just to be careful and prepared in case we need to stay for longer."
"Okay… would we be able to come back up if we didn't have enough stuff?"
Alex nodded, heading into the bathroom to grab a few toiletries, “Yeah, we can kitten don’t worry about that.”
"Okay, good…" Beau breathed a sigh of relief. He looked at their stuff again. "I think I'm ready to go if you are, love."
Alex nodded a little. He sighed, wrapping Beau in a hug from behind and hiding his face in the crook of the angel's neck, "I promise I'll protect you." He whispered.
Beau nodded and lay one of his hands on Alex's arm. "I love you…"
"I love you more, my angel." He nuzzled him a little more.
Beau kissed Alex gently as he turned. "Are you ready to go, love?"
Alex sighed, nodding and kissing Beau on the forehead, “Yeah, I’m ready. You?”
"Mhmm…" Beau took Alex's hand in his own and walked back to the park with him.
Alex have Beau’s hard a squeeze, mainly to reassure everything was going to be okay.
They made it back to where Lucifer was with their things. "So… um… h-how are we getting down there?"
Lucifer smirked, "Follow me." He set off further into the park.
"He seems remarkably calm…" Beau mumbled as they followed him.
"He has a lot of self control." Alex replied.
They eventually stopped beside Lucifer and Beau looked around for a portal or something.
Lucifer raised a hand, eyes glowing a bright, fire red before a flame appeared in a circle on the ground, "Jump right in."
Beau hesitated, seeming nervous, but he allowed Alex to drag him in with a small yelp when they started falling. He had to fight the strong urge to start flying.
Alex pulled Beau close to his body, shielding his smaller one with his own. He landed on his feet, making sure Beau landed softly.
Beau looked around nervously when they landed, feeling pretty unsafe. Angels aren't exactly welcome in hell.
Alex let more of his demon side show, eyes red and horns out. He kept Beau tucked tightly into his side, growling softly at anyone of dared even look to long.
