A Strange New School (Closed)

Jessica smiled "well I hope to see you around" she said and walked to her class which, Kelton and Lila were in.

Kelton went back to his desk and continued working on his drawing again.

Halo sighs and enters the principals room. His eyes scan the room, his wings fluttering, his eyes turning a faint crimson before returning to blue.

Marlowe giggled. “Not yet,” she replied. “He might turn out to be halfway decent yet.”

Marlowe smiled, leaning her head on his shoulder. “We should probably get to class.”

Marlowe walked into the classroom with a smirk on her face like she owned the room, and sat down in her usual sat.

Marlowe noticed Kelton drawing, curious. “What are you drawing?” She demanded.

Kelton quickly rolled down his sleeves and casually put away his marker, not bothering to look at Marlowe. "Why do you want to know? I thought you never cared about us." He said.

Marlowe quirked am eyebrow. “Don’t care? Of course I care,” she said, sarcastic. “And I want to know because I’m curious, duh.”

"Oh yea, haha, everyone is laughing at your joke." Kelton responded sarcastically, glaring at Marlowe.

Marlowe rolled her eyes. “Fine, don’t show me, see if I care,” she replied.

Kelton chuckled. "Cool, couldn't care less in my whole damn life." He said, grabbing his favorite book Ready Player One By Ernest Cline and started reading it.

Halo walks into the class, his eyes narrowed as he hands the teacher the note. He nods to the teacher, then towards the class before taking an open seat in the back.

Marlowe ignores Kelton and turns to smile at Halo.

Kelton glanced at the new kid and gave him a small smile before going back to reading his book.

Jessica looked up from wheere she was looking and smiled at halo.

Ash walks into class late. "Sorry, i was talking with my dad." she says and takes her normal seat in front of class, away from her friends. Got to focus on this class! don't want to fail. she thinks getting a few moments of peace before the voices start. Their talking about you. The voices whisper in the back of her head. Your friends don't like you. The voices started when she was in middle school and have not left her alone since.

Halo smiles in greeting before looking at the teacher, writing stuff down.

Marlowe pursed her lips, facing the front and wondering why nobody liked her. One of her best friends wouldn’t even sit with her during class! She sighed.

Kelton quickly put his book away and took out his notebook, writing down notes while doodling in the corners whenever he got bored.

Ash looked back to Mar Mar and mouthed 'Dont want to fail.'

Jessica didn't have to write down notes one of the many quirks of being her she could memorize anything and everything.
