"This is true." said Skye, "And oftentimes with great power comes great danger too.."

Logan nodded. "I can only imagine." A thought crossed his mind, but it was insane. Skye seemed to know what it was like, almost personally. But… that was impossible. It couldn't possibly be true, now could it?

You have no idea…. he thought again, No idea at all… Skye sighed, "Yeah…."

Logan looked at Skye. "I've always kinda wondered what it would be like if everyone had powers. I mean- there are rumors that there are already a lot of people who have some weird magical ability, but I've never actually met anyone like that…" He shrugged nonchalantly.

"Well, I don't know if those rumors are true, but if everyone had powers maybe those people wouldn't be forced to hide in plain sight." He said.

Logan thought on that for a second. "I guess so. I just think it's be super cool to have powers, you know? They could come in handy sometimes."

"Yeah, but what happens when people get jealous of those powers? And then they try to hurt you because you have them?" he asked, Which is why I'm an orphan on the streets…

"I dunno." He shrugged. "Maybe there would be rules? If people did actually have powers. Like so they don't abuse those powers and hurt people. Although I'm not sure how anyone could enforce those rules. Especially if the people are really strong." It was fun to think about. A little mind exercise…

Skye sighed, he knew that most magic users lived by a code of conduct, and even the evil ones will stay hidden. "True, but I'd imagine they'd stay hidden"

"Yeah, I guess. It'd be pretty complicated for sure." Logan kept thinking about the idea and if there really was magic in his world. There were always rumors, but as far as he knew, magic didn't really exist. It was always a whisper in the winds and something he never thought was actually possible. But maybe…

oh how ironic… thought Skye, trying not to laugh at the situation. "Complex would probably be an understatement.." said Skye.

Logan shrugged. "Well it's not like people like rules. Even if they are for protection, people don't like being restrained." He pointed out.

"This is very true" said Skye.

Logan continued. "I mean- all of us are probably breaking some sort of rule right now. I'm basically conspiring to break the rules in my stupid record label." he laughed.

Skye nodded, "This is very very true"

Logan nodded along. "Anyway, you want anything else?"

"I'm good…. I should probably be going.." said Skye.
