"Oh, great, a prophecy… All right, well thanks!" Blaine said, smiling at James.

“Blaine it’s going to take a while to figure it out properly, let James do his thing.” Andion said.

"Yeah, I know… I'm just thanking him," Blaine murmured. This is what she got for trying to be cheery…
James chuckled, “It’s fine Blaine. I’ll get to work on these and once I knwofornsure what they say I’ll let you now. Hopefully it’ll only take about a day or so.”

Blaine smiled a bit, feeling quite awkward. "Thanks."
“We should get going, Blaine.” Andion said, standing from the seat, “Thanks again James.”
“Anything for an old friend.”

Blaine stood, relieved to be leaving, though she didn't let it show on her face.
"Yes, thank you. Your help is much appreciated."
"No problem. See you in a day or two!" James gave them a smile before busying himself with the book while Andion and Blaine left.

"I'm ready to go home," Blaine breathed when they'd reached the horses. She untied hers and mounted him easily.
"Me too, it's been a long day." Andion climbed onto his horse after untying him and kicked his side as he set off at steady pace.

Blaine kept her horse in pace with Andion's. She glanced around discretely, remembering what he had told her earlier.
Soon they were back on the main road and headed to the guild, Andion released a breath once the streets were filled with people again.

Blaine glanced over at Andion when he released a breath.
"You good?"
Andion nodded, "Yeah, just forgot how much the streets round by James' gives me the creeps."

"Ah, I see… I think I lived over there once," Blaine mused thoughtfully. If she had, it must have been a long time ago. She had recognized parts of it, but not all of it.
"Really? I have no idea why out of all the places James chose to live there. He has enough money to live somewhere nice." Andion shrugged. It was a mystery to him but James was a mystery to him still at times.

"More privacy maybe?" Blaine suggested with a shrug.
"Yeah, maybe," Andion sighed, "Who knows with that man honestly."

Blaine chuckled. "Yeah, he was different…"
"Do you think it was a good different or a bad different?" Andion asked, looking over at Blaine.

Blaine thought for a moment before she answered.
"A good different. And, hopefully, being different will help him to translate those rubes quickly," she said.
Andion nodded, "I've known him a long time, if he says he can get it done in a day then he can." He pushed on the gates to the guild.

"Ah, home assassin-filled home…" Blaine sighed sarcastically as they made their way inside.
"We'll be outta here someday, I promise." Andion dismounted his horse as he walked it into the stables.

Blaine followed suit, her horse on the opposite side so she could walk next to Andion.
"Until then, we can make the most of this," she declared. "The more we learn here, the more we'll know when we leave."
Andion nodded, "Yeah, but not for long. First chance I get I'm packing a bag and leaving. I'm not staying for longer then needed."
He walked his horse into a spare space and unsaddled him, placing the saddle away quickly.

"Then tell me before you leave so that I'm prepared," Blaine said, also putting her horse in a stall. She fed him an apple before unsaddling him and brushing him down.
"I will, I wouldn't dream of leaving without you." Andion replied, stepping out of the stall.

Blaine smiled as she finished up and stepped out soon after him.
"I would certainly hope so," she teased.
"Pretty sure if I left without you, you'd hunt me down yourself." Andion chuckled.
