Nik crouched, examining the bunk pieces.

Eclipse moved over to give him space, a little disappointed that he had to have Nik help him.
Nik frowned a little bit, shifting to take his weight off of his left leg. "Hmm…" he frowned. "This fucker goes here, and this little shit goes here…" he mumbled, putting two pieces together, then searching for the next.

Eclipse hummed gently shoving a few more peices closer to him, grateful one of them knew how to do this.
Nik kept mumbling to himself, calling each piece either "fucker" or "little shit" or "motherfucker".

Eclipse had to smile as he named each piece, trying not to laugh as he put the cot together.
Nik kept working, still mumbling as he worked. He glanced over at Eclipse for a moment.

Eclipse smiled at him, "Keep going smart one.'
Nik rolled his eyes, and finished putting the cot together. "there. It's the same design that we used to use on the front." He said softly.

"Yeah well this royal was never allowed on the front lines even if he tried begging to go so excuse me for the fact that I can't even put a cot together for us."
Nik chuckled. "I didn't say anything about that, Eclipse." He kissed Eclipse's cheek. "Don't be offended. We just have different strengths."

Eclipse shrugged, "Yeah, but still, I'm th one supposed to be taking care of you, not vice versa."
Nik looked up at him. "And you have. You've been carrying me around, and holding me, and taking care of me. Just because you can't put a cot together doesn't mean you've failed that."

Eclipse hummed softly, "Maybe… But it's still embarrassing that I can't put a cot together when you did it so fast."
Nik laughed. "We have different strengths, love." he kissed Eclipse's cheek.

Eclipse hummed, "I guess I can live with that.." he said softly, hugging him.
Nik smiled, hugging Eclipse in return and holding him close. "Good. I love you."

Nik let out a soft breath, holding onto Eclipse.

Nik wrinkled his nose a little, but shrugged. "I'm not cute, I'm fearsome." He teased.

He rolled his eyes, snuggling close to Eclipse. "I'm a fearsome warrior, I'm not cute." he insisted, laughing softly.
