(If we wanted to make the guardians count we could have it so they came back to earth cause Quill's like 'guys let's see whats been happening,' and they go down there and maybe they're spotted on the streets and since most of them are aliens the Avengers a called though that's all resolved and the guardians go and chill with the Avengers for however long)
