Liam shrugged a little and waved one hand slowly, waving off the statement, "Technicalities," He sighed, "How long was I out for?"

Kaaey tolled her eyes good naturedly. "A few hours… Gosh, I'm so glad you're okay," she breathed, bringing his hand up to press another kiss to it.
Liam smiled at her, giving her hand a small squeeze in reassurance, "I'm glad I'm okay, too. And I'm glad you're okay."

Kasey gave him a tiny smile and sighed. “Yeah… Madeline didn’t say when you can come home, but… I hope it’s soon.”
"Me too, if I have to stay looking at these boring walls for longer then a day I might just explode from boredom." Liam grinned widely and casually, as if he hadn't almost died of blood loss.

Kasey chuckled softly, giving his hand a gentle squeeze. “All right. I’ll go ask her when you can leave, then. Don’t get too bored without me here.”
Liam chuckled, squeezing her hand back, "Alrighty, thank-you babe."

Kasey smiled at him a moment longer before slipping her hand from his hold. She stepped out of the room and found Madeline, then asked her what she had said she would. When she got an answer, she nodded slowly and made her way back to Liam.
"She said she wants to keep you here at least over night. But, as long as you're doing okay, you should be able to come home tomorrow."
Liam groaned dramatically, sighing loudly, "Ugh, fiiine. I guess the Doctor knows best."

Kasey chuckled softly and sat on the edge of the bed. "She also said I could stay and keep you company so that you're not bored."
Liam grinned, reaching out to place a hand on her waist, “Lie down with me… please.” He shuffled over a little with a small groan of pain.

Kasey raised her eyebrows at him but complied anyway. She shifted so that she was laying next to him, smiling over at him. "Hey," she murmured with a slight giggle.
"Hey," Liam replied, wrapping an arm around her and bringing her close, "I missed holding you."

“It hasn’t been that long, Liam,” Kasey reminded him softly, nuzzling his cheek. “Maybe a day or so.”
"That's too long for me," Liam replied, kissing her cheek before cuddling into her as best he could.

Kasey hummed and carefully wrapped her arms around him before burying her face in his shoulder. "Don't let me try to leave you ever again… Please…"
Liam chuckled softly and pressed a kiss to the top of her head, “I won’t. And if the time comes I’ll remind you of this conversation.”

"Good. You'd better," Kasey murmured with a soft chuckle of her own. "I love you so much, Liam…"
Liam smiled softly, running a hand through her hair gently, "I love you so much more, Kasey…"

“Mm, but I love you the most,” Kasey protested softly, nuzzling his cheek with her nose.
Liam chuckled quietly, "Nah, I don't think that's true, love."

"It's true whether you want to believe it is or not," Kasey declared with a grin.
"Cheeky," Liam flicked her nose lightly, "I'm too tired to argue so let's just go with that.'

Kasey laughed softly and kissed his cheek again. And then again. And again, as she made her way to his lips before connecting them gently. "I'm glad you're doing better," she murmured against him.
Liam smiled softly, gently pressing back on her lips with as much energy as he could muster, "I am, too. And I'm glad you're not injured, either."

“You should probably sleep some more,” Kasey said softly, pulling away to snuggle into his side. “But I think Kyle might’ve wanted to see you quick.”
He nodded, sighing softly, “Okay,” He rubbed at his eyes with one hand, “Send him in I guess…”
“Already here,” Kyle spoke from the doorway, “How are you feeling?”
“Better, thank you. Thanks for all the help back there.”
He waved a hand idly, “Don’t mention it mate, least I could do.”

“Will you be staying here for a while, or are you going back to your apartment?” Kasey asked, turning to face him.
"If I'm not needed here I'll go home. I'll give you my number if you want in case you need me." Kyle shrugged.
