Taylor quickly stood up and backed away. "You know, she writes some interesting stuff in that notebook of hers…" she muttered, rushing towards her friends.

"Whatever the fuck that means." Kai saluted Acacia before turning and heading off after Laura.

Acacia rolled her eyes and muttered to herself, "Good riddance. Glad she's gone, and never thought she would be afraid of water."

Laura locked herself in a stall in the girl's bathroom and bit her lip to stop from crying.

The bathroom. Kai pushed open the door, and her voice was oddly soft when she called out. "Laura?"

Laura looked up quickly. "Uh… sh-she's not here…"

"Oh, of course, my bad." She deadpanned, leaning against the door of the stall next to Laura's.
