Kaden kept Elizabeth by his side. He didn't trust his surroundings, didn't trust that something wouldn't jump out and attack them. So he kept his girl close, so he could protect her.

“That thunder did not sound happy.” Elizabeth said.

Wendi jumped again, "Can no one swear again? I don't want any more Thunder."

"Just stay close and out of the way and you'll be fine." He murmured.

“Okie dokie.” Elizabeth mumbled.

Wendi and Teri both began walking with the rest of the group.

Tealle followed at the back of the group and made sure to keep a look out for any monsters

He quickly kissed her hair. If they were alone….well, he would feel more at ease. He wouldn't be uncomfortable to do the things he wanted to do to her. But in their particular situation and that they were surrounded by others, that was about as much as he would do. A quick kiss on the head or cheek.

Elizabeth blushed and continued walking.

"How's your arm?" He asked quietly.

Elizabeth looked at her arm, then after a moment of silence, she said, “Slightly more bearable.”

He nodded. "Try not to use it too much or you might pop a stitch. Which hurts a lot more."
