"Zeus." He shivered, nervously holding up the sword that Zeus had struck.
"A 'child of the big three'" He said, not knowing what that meant exactly.
"And you?"

“Oooh! A child of the big three?” Her eyes widened with eagerness. “I’m totally gonna want a blood sample from you!”
“El, he’s not a rat you can experiment on,” Alister said exasperatedly. “We’re children of Athena, by the way.”
“I know that!” She grinned, dancing on her heels. “I’m just excited.”

Alister stood, taking the shield and spear in his hands and shifting his grip. He smiled a Wynn. “Right, sure. Noel, you wanna come and watch?”
She pulled her eyes away from Ben. “Oh right-“ she walked up to them, fiddling with her pockets.

"Can you guys teach me how to spar?" He asked, gusto in his eyes and smiling.
"I know it sounds lame…"

“Cmon,” she gestured for him to come closer “so we are going to use short stop rules okay?” She completely forgot that he would have no idea what the rules were

"What are the rules?" Ben asked, tilting his head in confusion

He smiled, liking his enthusiasm. “No Wynn, I’m ready to learn.”
He walked away from the weapons and stool, backing away from Wynn. He took a defensive stance, holding the shield close and the spear out to the side.
Noel sat on the rim of the arena, watching attentively.

“Oh yeah you’ve never heard of this before, so shortstop rule is that when a blade is about to hit someone you stop. Then there is also first strike rule where you aim to get one strike with your weapon” she gestured to an armor rack and practice blades “you get some leather armor and a practice sword, id rather not have my first trainee die from falling on his own blade,” she walked over and grabbed a dull longsword from the rack and walked back out “I’d rather not hurt you myself too” she inspected the blade wiping smudges off the blade

He grabbed some leather armor and a practice sword.
"Ready!" He said, unused to this sorta thing

“ hey, Wynn give him a good fight, don’t disappoint me or dad” she inspected there fight closely waiting for Ben to approach him

Ben approached her and took the first swing.

She walked over too him “ give me your best shot!” She waited for the slighted tensing arm or leg muscles showing his next attack

She lightly dodged the blade and hit it further aside with her blade “your form definitely needs work” she observed waiting for the next opening she could get “you can do better than that” egging Ben on

He attacked her without giving any hint of attacking.
He smirked.
"Oh really?"

(She did not attack sorry if it came off that way)

She was expecting him to try and hide his muscle movements the one flaw was that this would weaken his attack .instead of dodging she chose to directly block with strength. She blocked the strike and it slid down to the hilt of her blade

He began circling as well, trying to keep him in view.
He’s not attacking immediately. Smart.
He decided to wait to attack himself, still circling. He tried to keep his gaze on Wynn’s whole body, and not a particular part of it. His eyes gleamed in the afternoon sun, slightly covered by strands of his dark hair.
Noel swung her legs, getting slightly impatient.
