"Wouldn't that be murder by proxy?" she asks.

Kathy hums, “I kill people as a hobby and job…but if you don’t want to, then I’ll ask Noby about it.” He smiles, “It’s all up to you.”

"I don't want to hurt anyone else." Amelia says softly.

Kathy hums, “Okay. No problem. I’ll talk to Noby. Trust me. You won’t hurt them.” He smiles warmly.

Amelia smiles back, relieved. "Okay."

He smiles brightly, pulling back and sighing contently.
Buba runs back in, then looks at Amelia. “Hi…” he hugs his stuffed animal tightly.

Amelia turns a little pale before remembering, I can't hurt this one. I think, at least, since they're looking at me and nothing bad has happened yet.
"Hey, kid." she says, getting off the couch and kneeling on the floor. "I'm Amelia. What's your name?"

He smiles, “I’m buba. What’s your name?” He hides his face in the stuffed bunny, his long bangs covering his eyes completely.

"I'm Amelia." she repeats. "That's a cute bunny, whats its name?"

Buba smiles brightly, seeming to get excited. “It’s name is patch!” He looks at the bunny, then back to her. “It said it’s nice to see you again.”
A dark figure stood behind Buba, the same one from before. His white eyes seemed to glow with a look of protectiveness over the child.

Amelia smiles. "Patch. That's a cute name."
"Wait- again-?" she starts before noticing the figure. Oh.
"Hey, Patch wouldn't happen to actually be what's standing behind you, would it?" she asks.

Buba tilts his head. “No silly! this is patch!” He giggles, holding up the bunny.

Amelia smiles, but hears the voice and sighs internally.
"Okay, just checking." she says cheerfuly.
I imagine you were there earlier to make sure I wasn't a threat to Buba, right? she asks the figure.

Buba looks at the bunny, “Be nice patch! She’s nice! So you gotta be nice to!” He smiles.
Kathy watches them, smiling softly. “Hm…do you think patch likes her, kiddo?”
Buba looks up at Kathy. “I don’t know yet. Patch didn’t say!”

I promise, the only things I seem to be a threat to are living breathing humans and myself. Amelia replies drily.
"It's fine, kid! I'm used to people being blunt with me." she smiles. "Tell Patch I like his ears."

Buba smiles brightly, hugging patch tightly. “She likes your ears!!” He giggles.
Patches gaze moves to Buba, it’s eyes seemed to soften, almost seeming motherly.

People don't normally interact with Buba like this, do they? At least, not outside this house. Amelia asks Patch.
She looks at back at Kathy, smiling. "I like this family."

"Hmm. . . am I still an outsider?" she asks jokingly.

Kathy chuckles and shrugs. “The house decides.”
Buba smiles and nods. “Yeah!”

She looks up at the ceiling for a moment before looking back at Kathy.
"Where's the other kid?" she asks.

He smiles, “Outside. I can call her over if ya want.”
Buba smiles. “I’ll go get Kiki!!” He rushes outside, then comes back, holding the tiny child’s hand. “Kiki! This is Amilea! She’s super nice. Like aunti Goi!”
Kiki looks up at the woman. “こんにちは…” she mumbles.

Buba smiles. “She’s as big as patch! Thats why you gotta watch your step.” He walks over to Kathy, climbing onto the couch and snuggling up to him.
Kiki sits down on a pillow on the floor.
