City Streets (CLOSED 3/3)

Letha nodded and let the aura seal the wound, her face expressionless as she glanced at the guards "There are too many Skye…we need to get out of here.." She looked at him and then at the guards, more coming every minute.

Skye then whirled, focusing back on the enemy, realizing he was out-numbered he Shifted (this is like a quick shimmer when he changes form) and growled at the guards taking them by surprise. then summoning more of his aura in a large orb overhead "Alta Burst!" he made it explode and take out a couple rows of guards but unfortunately there were rows upon rows of guards surrounding them, " There must be a whole battalion of them!" he said to Letha.
(Italics when he is talking to someone are telepathic speech)

Letha rolled her eyes and said sarcastically "You think?" she looked around at the guards and started walking towards a few of them, trying to act calm, she got up to them and suddenly whirled around with her daggers, taking them out. She looked around and called out to Skye "Keep them busy over there! I'll try to break through here."

Skye Lunged towards the guards shifting between forms as he took them out as fast as he could, but unfortunately they kept coming, Then another guard came up, this guy was different, his armour was more expensive. Skye shifted to human form to take him head on but as soon as his blades clashed with the guards all his magic and aura spells went poof. Skye stepped back gaping at the guard, "oh no," he thought "* this guy has nebulan blades!" He doges the guards next strike trying to parry and dodge him as the guard pressed him back, the other guards recovered and closed in . "Letha This guys sword is blocking my magic! If we're gonna get out of here we need to do it now!*"

Letha nodded "I have a faint path cleared!" She shouted and and continued to fight a path though the guards, waiting for Skye to jump through.

Skye saw the path and lunged for it as fast as he could joining Letha in making it. when they finally got thro Skye made a run for it into the crowd looking back only once to see if Letha was following.

Letha dashed after Skye, putting one of her daggers away as she ran. Her heart was pumping quickly and she was running on adrenaline, trying not to reopen her wound.

Skye dashed around a corner and shifted to his wolf form, "Get on!" he called to Letha as he slowed and came up next to her.

(May i also note that any healing magic unless otherwise specified will completely heal a wound, the most Letha will have right now is a really bad bruise depending on how serious it is, Mind u she may not realise it isnt a wound anymore if it was a serious one in the first place…))

Letha jumped onto Skye's back and put her other dagger away, her heart still racing and she had a mischievous smile on her face.

Skye took off at top speed. Dashing down the street concentrating he summoned an orb of aura that flattened itself out. Then he leaped up onto it and lept to the rooftops running headlong over the them for a long time. After awhile he slowed to a stop in a dark alley huffing to catch his breath as he waited for Letha to get off.

Letha jumped off quickly and nodded to Skye "thanks," she touched her side quickly and winced "definitely have a bruise there.."

Pete watched the couple race away and decided to follow them to see what all the fuss was about.

"Yeah figured u would." He said shifting back to human form "Owww…" he gasped with pain and sat down on a nearby crate. He quickly took off his jacket/sweater and checked his right arm. Ther was a shallow gash -little more than a cut- but it seemed to have a faint purple tinge. "Oh no." He muttered leaning back against the alley wall trying to suppress the turmoil in his stomach.

(Heyo! Idk when ur school ends but mine is done so I will be in out most of the afternoon !)

(Mine is out in an hour an a half roughly)
Letha walked over to him "What's wrong?" she took a glance at his arm and pointed to it "Can I try to help?"

Skye hissed in pain as the gash throbbed "It's poison, so unless you have some mira flowers then no… " he slowly sat up wincing as his vision spun.. "In any case I really hope I got us far enough away from those guards that they don't find us anytime soon… " he shook his head to clear his head, "Cause one way or another I wont be able to shift without passing out, and I definetly cant risk using my aura again…"

(Ouch, hope u have an easy afternoon w no homework…)

(BTW is anyone else here or are u lot still in school and whatnot….)

Letha placed her hand on his shoulder "it's ok Skye, we'll get you away from the guards and find that flower"

(Also I have a ton of homework (12 pages, 4of which are papers) so i won't be on much)

"Good, Um you wouldn't happen to know where we can find some would you?" he asked as his focus came back, " cause I'm not exactly familiar with this town, also you should probably know that the treasury we just robbed was a government one….."
(No worries. Im kinda waiting for the others to catch up.)

"No, sorry." Letha looked around "But I dont think we'll be able to find any in town," she took her hand off of his shoulder and smiled lightly, looking at the wound one last time.

Skye stood, pulling on his jacket then catching himself on the wall as another dizzy spell washed over him, " If we cant find Mira here then where?" he asked worriedly.

Letha sighed and stepped in front of Skye, putting her hands on his shoulders "Skye. we are going to find Mira, it'll be ok."

"Yeah…" he sighed standing and pulling up his hood, "Its just that if we dont…." He trailed off… " well one way or another we cant stay here. we should probably keep moving so those guards dont find us," He forced a grin, " Um would you know of any shops that carry rare herbs anywhere in this region? A shop like that might have mira flowers in stock…" He looks questioningly at Letha, forcing himself not to show his fear.." If we cant find Mira within the next 2 moons then…" he silently berated himself, " That isnt gonna happen! I've survived worse before….. "
