City Streets (CLOSED 3/3)

(I'm here, just got home.)
Pete skidded to a stop, panting from the chase. He had barely been able to keep with them as they ran, and had spent the last ten minutes trying to figure out where the dissapeared to. Leaning of the roof, he peered down at the pair to see what they were doing. Oops! The moss growing on the edge of the building, which he had been leaning on, crumbled beneath his fingers, he fell off the roof. Right next to the runaways.

"There might be one a few towns away, but it is near the sea, and it'll take a while to get there," Letha glanced at Skye and stepped away, looking around at the town.

Letha jumped as a guy fell at her feet and she grabbed her dagger instinctively, "Geez!"

(I'm actually a human at the moment.)

(oof, I'll change that)

"How far?" he asked as he started towards the street.. "And while we're at it where do u get some food 'round here? " he asked trying to hide his fear and relief at the same time.

Skye whirled around then nearly fell over as another dizzy spell hit him, he drew one of his blades gripping it tightly so he wouldnt drop it, then leaning back against a crate so he wouldnt fall over.

Letha kept her eyes on the new guy and answered Skye "Um, a few day's journey and I know a good spot to get food." she backed up from the guy and rushed over to Skye "Are you ok?"

"No I'm anything but ok, But I'll deal. " he said closing his eyes so the dizzyness would pass, "I can deal with it sure, But im more worried about living…." He thought to himself

Letha nodded "Ok, I'm going to go check on the new guy," she held her daggers in her hands and walked over to the guy "Hey, are you ok?"

Pete grabbed his blade but kept it hidden in his hand. "Is he okay?"

Skye looked up and watched her carefully ready to help if she needed it, and sincerely hoping she wouldnt.

Letha nodded "He's fine," she kept her daggers visible, ready to fight if it came to it.

"Hey, look. I look after myself most of the time, but I'm willing to make you a deal."

Letha raised an eyebrow and twirled one of her daggers, almost looking bored "What is your deal?"

"Well, I like food, and you said something about knowing where to find some. If you help me get some of this food… I'll help you."

"Help us with what?" asked Skye as he stepped forward, he concentrated on the wall so he wouldn't get dizzy again but he couldn't help wobbling a little.

Letha sighed and walked over to Skye, placing a hand on his shoulder to steady him. "I'll think about it," Letha scowled at the guy and turned to Skye "Dude, go. sit. down. I'll be fine."

(I might be on and off for a while, just to let you guys know.)
"All right. You guys planning to stay the night here? It's starting to get a little dark."

Skye was about to argue when another wave of dizziness hit him. hard. he turned to sit down and nearly fell, then sitting on the crate he carefully sheathed his blade again.

(Okie dokie!)

(I will probably be the same cause I have to watch my mischievous fussy lil sis')

(Same here, I'm forcing myself to do homework..)
Letha shook her head quickly "No, I'm not too fond of the dark, we need to get going anyways." she smiled tightly to the guy "Welcome to the team,"

Skye grinned weakly, "Good cause the night is my time also. and if the stars actually come out then maybe I'll actually be able to stand on my own to feet!" He said grinning a little,

(Good luck w that, what kind of homework is it & what grade level? (Mebe we can help in between RPing…)

Letha shook her head "Oh, you aren't going to walk until you can stand up without passing out," She looked between the two guys and sighed "Let's get going,"

(Oof, um 9th grade, and it is a project for this trimester and my 'reading and writing habits' it basically means I have to write four papers and a bunch of other junk about myself before tomorrow…)

(Ouch i hope i dont have to do that next semester in english….)

(Idk….my teacher is a butthead and I think he is secretly trying to get me to fail..I went from an A to a C in a week..)
