Carter smiled. He loved the sound of people screaming and alarms wailing. He supposed he got it from his older brother. He picked up his phone and started walking away from the bank and towards his meeting spot with the gang. He dialed one of their numbers.
"Is anyone dead?" He asked in a calm voice.
There was silence on the other line.
Carter hung up, leaving the member to question wether or not Carter would kill him.

Ferran jogged down the Beach, making sure to steer clear of the water. He scooted to a halt when he spotted Alanna down the beach. "Hey!" He shouted, jumping up and down and waving his arm to catch her attention.

(I'm really just going on random roleplays at this point and making references to shows. I literally went on a random one just now, saw that one of the character's names was John, and referenced a BBC's Sherlock meme. I also went on a different one a pasted the entire lyrics to "Once And For All" lyrics without any context)

“Oh, hi Ferran!” Alanna grinned, waving back.

Carter walked down the boardwalk, holding his latte in one hand and his phone in the other. The water was nice, but there was a nagging feeling in him that he wasn't supposed to be there.
"Hey!"
He heard someone shout.
Great. They were here.

He ran the rest of the way to her and smiled. "Fancy meeting you here, Al!"

“Same to you!” Alanna grinned, she froze.

Mirage popped up out of nowhere, standing behind Alanna. "Hey, guys, I think I see carter."

Ferran screamed, almost stumbling into Alanna. "You scared me." He laughed

Carter rolled his eyes. They were always so cheery. He continued walking down the boardwalk, hoping they wouldn't notice him. He wasn't in the mood to entertain their obsessions with being heroes.

“Yeah it’s definitely him. I can hear him breathing.”

"That's gotta be annoying, right?" Ferran asked.

“Yep.” Alanna sighed.

"Should we go talk to him? Ya know, just to annoy him?"

Mirage shook her head. "Nah, he's not doing anything. That's kind of a mean thing to do for heck."

“This is why we’re friends, Ferran.” Alanna grinned.

“Awww, Mirage.” Alanna whined.
