Hunter shrugged. "Broken ankle. I've survived worse."
Hunter shrugged and landed Magma on the ground. She started to get off, and winced as pain shot through her when she put weight on her bad foot.
Sighing, she sat down on a rock.
Hunter shook her head. "No. I want to be out of this place as soon as possible. I've spent too much time here during my lifetime."
Hunter stood up. "You left your bag thingy!" She called after him, reaching down to pick it up.
Hunter gave him a sarcastic thumbs up and limped over to Magma.
Hunter pointed towards the steadily rising sun. "That way until you see the ocean."
Hunter stared at the sky, ignoring the scenery, though it was supposed to be beautiful. She had seen too much of this place, all because of her dear old dad.
Hunter pointed to the ridge. "There's the place. Also, you good with being perfectly silent? Because you'll have to for a bit. The place where the tree is is called the Quiet Zone. Needless to say, you don't want to talk there."
Magma shot forward. "Also," Hunter called, "you don't want to breath too deeply. That place smells."
The dragons landed, and Hunter made a motion with her hands.
The dragons flew off, and Hunter gestured for Kye to follow her. She stepped quietly through the heather. The land was worse than last time she had visited. There were no bird calls, and everything was dead.
Hunter led the way through a dark mound of trees. They emerged in a meadow.
There was a giant tree. Hunter crept towards it, silent, and touched it. It was almost dead, she could feel it.
Hunter climbed up the tree, carefully, quietly. She looked around, and almost gasped. From her view, there was an indent on the ground. It read, The resting place of Order.
