Dancing Queen (CLOSED, but stalk if you love ABBA or Miraculous Ladybug!)

Violet blushed awkwardly. She'd danced this piece many times before and added extra, complicated steps in with the regular motions.

Alya caught her eye and winked.

Violet rolled her eyes discreetly. The piece hit a crescendo and Violet fabulously stepped along, adding more and more adaptions to the simple dance.

Nick and Alya fumbled a little, but laughed on their side of the studio. They weren't half as good as Alya.

Jason was followed along with Violet's extra steps. "How long have you been dancing?"

"Heck, probably since she was born," Alya calls over.

Jason looked over at Alya smiling. "That's probably true."

Alya laughed and continued dancing with Nick.

Violet smiled and nodded. "Yes. Ever since I could walk, I've persued dance."

"I knew it!" She giggled.

"That would explain so much, since you're so good. I've been singing since I could talk." Jason laughed slightly.

"You sing?" Violet asked.

"Ya, I love to. It's like my favorite pass time." Jason stated.

The song ended.
Violet stopped right as the music did, anticipating as always. "Maybe you can be the one to perform for the whole school tomorrow," she mused teasingly.

"Oooo, Jason!" Alya teased. "Singing King!"

"Ya, I'll only sing if you dance to me song." Jason suggested knowing she probably wouldn't dance.

Violet pursed her lips in thought. "What song?"

"I don't know, what song do you want?" Jason shifted his weight to one foot. "I even rap a little, not enough to be a rapper though."

"I know most songs," Violet said. She walked over to Alya and held out her hand. "Phone."

"Alright, alright." Alya took the phone from Nick's pocket and handed it over.

Jason shrugged slightly. "I'm pretty good at learning a song fast."

Violet looked questioningly at her friends, but went through her song library and picked a much more peppy song, one that she planned to dance to in the competition. Lottery, by Train. She sprung into motion after setting her phone off to the side.

Alya spun around, messily replicating Violet's moves. She tripped and fell, laughing all the while.

Violet didn't notice her friend until she tripped over her, shrieking out of surprise and bracing her fall with her hands.

Alya laughed like a manic, holding her stomach. "Oh…my god, Violet…." She howled in laughter. The music went on without the two.

Violet smiled. She hadn't even remotely seen Alya there. "Alya!"

"Hi, girl…" She got up, still laughing so hard she might fall over again.

The song ended. Violet pushed herself up with a grin and was shaking her head. She put on the song that would be for her main routine - Out My Mind by Tritional featuring Riley Clemmons.

"Aw, yiss!" Alya cheered Violet on as she began to dance.
