(Sure!) The next morning, Jack was already waiting for Ellen when she entered the base. He had given her a keycard, of course. "Ellen, good to see you. There's been an explosion, but it's made the Rift a little cranky. It would be wise to check it out." he said. "Would you like to come along or stay here and get acquainted with the facility? "

"ah crap!" Cherry swore "how do i keep doing this?!" she asked herself as she ran from the explosion she may have caused."cap, crap, crap, crap!"

(Well axel is the secretary so I guess it would be fine to assume he was recruited lol)

Axel ran to find the one responsible for the explosioN

Ellen shrugged. "Whatever works, Cap."

(I've actually got to go to bed, so I think Ellen should stay behind)

(Okay) Jack and Ellen agreed that Ellen would sit out on this one, and Jack went out in the van to find the reckless dolt who caused this.

Cherry ran as another explosion was detonated "ugh who new creating bombs in your backyard would cause such a large explosion"

Jack found his way to a perfectly normal house. This wasn't the first time this has happened, of course. Explosions rang from the backyard, so Jack went in to investigate, gun at the ready.

"well Frick frack snick snack, how did this happen?" she muttered after climbing a tree and seeing a guy with a gun

(Can I say that axel followed him?)

"Bloody-" he was cut off by a flash of light, the sound of a bomb going off, and then everything went dark for Jack. The last thing he saw was a mysterious disheveled girl disappear into the trees. (No, I did not just kill him. Well, I did, but he'll come back to life in a minute or two, lol.)

(Can I say that axel followed him?)

(Sure!)

"crap i think i killed him" she ran back into the woods

Jack sat up, gasping loudly. "Stupid… now where did she go?" he muttered to himself, walking into the trees. "I hate death by explosion, ruins the jacket." he said, brushing soot off himself.

"Frick!" she swore as she stubed her toe and fell onto a rock probably spraining her arm

Jack heard a yell, and decided to follow. He sprinted through the trees and caught up to the girl, tackling her and pinning her to the ground. "Alright, why the hell were you experimenting with demolitions in your own yard?" he said. "Might I remind you, I have a gun and I will not hesitate to use it."

"please watch the arm" she said almost comepleatly devoid of emotions "first off it was science and i wasnt experimenting i was creating and shit went overboard and blew up my back yard, now get off my arm"

"You just about took down Cardiff with your recklessness. Thousands of innocents dying, you really want that much blood on your hands even after you're dead?!" he asked.

"what is it with people always asuming me and my brother want blood on our hands , now get off my arm" this last part she growls

"No, I'm not letting you go. I'm taking you back to base so I can figure out what to do with you." he said, pulling out Cherry's wrists and slapping on handcuffs.

"fine whatever just what i need, a godamn time traveler" she mutters
