Every superhero has a secret identity. Every villain has one, too. During the day, they masquerade themselves as regular humans, then by night, they either save people or… don't…

In this roleplay, our hero's secret identity is a regular college student. Unbeknownst to them, their rival is a student at the same school. Even stranger, they live in the same apartment building, straight across the hall from each other. Every once in a while, they will notice the other coming back from someplace beaten and bruised, even bleeding sometimes. They occasionally patch each other up. Oddly enough, they've both developed feelings for each other, but neither knows the other likes them.

Quirk Power: Elemental Manipulation- When he’s surrounded by an element, he can manipulate it to a certain extent. If used for too long, his vision starts to blur and he can go blind for up to 30 minutes. His power will only work if an adequate amount of the element is around him.

(Idk if it’s clear this is a joke so just in case you didn’t know it’s a joke :P)
His actual costume is basically some really dark blue clothes (gloves and mask included, of course) with different containers of different elements he can control. He may not be able to control them that much, but being able to control a little is better than none. He also has a few hidden daggers for good measures.
Personality: Amai acts energetic, outgoing, talkative, laidback, and honestly annoying, but he’s really quite manipulative. Amai is also headstrong, persistent, and will do anything to get the job done. So he’s basically a cinnamon roll that will kill you.

Her boyfriend and crime-fighting partner, Zach/Nightquake, died in a horrible accident two years prior; she didn't take it too well and practically shut everyone out, becoming distant; as Whitehot, she successfully distracted herself from her loss, fighting bad guys and saving the day (lol).

Blaine bit back a hiss of pain as she rounded the corner to the empty alley she had left her normal clothes in. Some idiotic villain had somehow managed to land a hit on her shoulder, and it hurt like crazy! She changed out of her suit as quickly and painlessly as possible before making her way into her apartment building, her suit stuffed in the backpack that hung over her shoulder.

Amai winced in pain, that was one heck of a fight. He hastily changed into his normal clothes in an ally near his apartment. He groaned and lifted his shirt a little, revealing a nasty bruise on his side. Amai lightly touched it, wuickly wishing he hadn’t, ‘Well, at least I got a pretty good hit too.’ Amai thought as he walked into the building, backpack slung over one shoulder.

After having finally reached the door to her second-floor apartment, Blaine sighed and set her bag on the ground.

Ugh, where in the world are my keys? she wondered as she searched her pants pockets and her backpack.

Amai grabbed his keys on the way up, unlocking his door as soon as he arrived. He set his backpack on the floor before closing the door. Amai walked over to where Blaine was struggling, “What’s up?” Amai asked, a grin on his face, “It seems like you need some help.”
