Isla whimpered. "Where is he?"
Maya shrugged her shoulders. "It's alright. He's fine. I'll stay with you till he comes back."
"Okay, Mama…"
Maya pulls Isla close. "It's gonna be alright. You're going to have a better life I promise."
"Really?" Isla whimpered as Fawny sang the pokemon theme
(Hope stretches and moans.)
Maya smiles sadly. "Yeah, it'll be better."
Aj walked back into his house to find Maya cradling Isla in her arms.
Maya hears the door open and abruptly puts Isla down on the couch and stands. "AJ! Hi! I was-um- I was just leaving."
Aj shuts the door and stands in front of it. "No. don't leave."
Maya hesitates and blushes till her face is as red as a tomato. "I-um- if you say so. But I need to go home to sleep. I can't sleep here."
"Isla calls you mama for a reason, stay here."
Maya smiles to herself. She really liked this guy and couldn't believe that after the first day she was already going to stay at his house. "Alright. Where will I sleep?"
Aj smiles, "My bed."
(Aj's gonna sleep on the floor.)
(Oh lol I was like, that escalated quickly.)
"Where will you sleep then AJ? Assuming that we're not going to sleep in the same bed." She blushed profusely as she said this and looked down at the ground.
(Yeah that's what I thought when I typed it. lmao.)
"Down here." Aj gestures to the couch.
"Oh of course. If you want you can take the bed and I can sleep on the floor. I don't mind."
Aj shook his head. "No, I'm good. You're the guest."
Maya nervously makes her way to the bed. "Er, thanks. It's been a long day."
Aj walks her upstairs. "No prob." Once Maya was in his bedroom he closed the door. "Goodnight." He said as he walked back downstairs.
Maya shivered with excitement as she cuddled up in the blankets. They smelled phenomenal. Maya could barely believe everything that had happened that day and had no idea how to feel about all of it. For now she just needed some sleep.
Aj turned on the TV, he couldn't sleep. He got up and checked the temperature. It read, 89 degrees Fahrenheit. Aj took off his shirt and went back to the couch. There was nothing important on so he turned the tv back off.
Isla screamed as she was put down and almost sat on, and screamed louder when she saw the shirtless Aj. "Where do I sleep, Mr. Daddy- Mr. Aj?"

Kamille heard the whines of this girl and approached, remembering her experiences.
A scream woke up Maya so she walked downstairs rubbing her eyes, her shirt slipping off her shoulder. She saw AJ on the couch and went over to him. She sat down next to him and cuddled up with him. She had no idea how he would feel about it, but it felt good to her.

Isla cuddled up to both of them, and fell asleep in an instant.
