“I hope you’re waiting. You should be waiting in jail right about now.”
"Well I'm not," Cicada glared fire filling her eyes.
“WELL YOU SHOULD BE! You should have to pay for what you did to them!” The accusatory growl never left his tone.
Cicada could feel the chains and chair slowly become more malleable from the sole heat she was giving off, “YOU THINK I DON’T KNOW THAT!”
Ah a breakthrough. “Then why did you do it?!”
“I didn’t have a choice! Do you really think I wanted this? I cared for them,” Cicada felt something light inside of her. She needed to siphon off power now.

"I did try! I tried, but it didn't work!" Cicada shouted as the chair and chains slowly turned to a liquid form, "I tried so fucking hard! But I failed, twice!"
“Look you’re letting it happen again! You can’t even control yourself now?”
"It's harder than it looks!" Cicada had clenched her teeth. Beads of sweat and formed and were slipping down her face.
He sipped his water casually, letting a drop spill on her, "Breathe dude,"
The small drop immediately turned to steam. Cicada took a deep breath in and out. All while shooting off small flares, "Yeah yeah. I'm fine."
“We’ll get there,” he sighed. “We both need improvement,”
"Nooo," Cicada sarcastically said, easily removing the half melted chains.
“Aw shut up.” He shook his head and moved everything by the wall.
Cicada sighed and she sat down. Then laid down enjoying the cool floor against her skin, "I'm just going to stay down here."
He sighed and sat down next to her with Criss crosses legs. “That’s fine,”
"I wasn't asking for your opinion. Also you don't really know what happened do you?"
“I know what I know,” he stated without really answering her.
"Uh-huh," Cicada said doubtingly.
