She reaches her hands to her head and shadow TrAveLs away everyone holding her head, much pain, much scream, much ow. She took some heavy breathes before stablizing herself, putting a hand against the wall and slightly leaning against it.
"So this is the Demon King?" The lightning elemental stood up in pain, holding her stomach, "The power you have…wasted protecting the light? Pathetic!"
Ignis's eyes went complete black with a red iris. A red and black ring of fire formed around him, the heat spreading for miles, "I protect all that need me. I protect Life's creation. Protect the daughters of Light and Darkness! Every elemental born til the day I die! So go crawl back into the hole you crawled out of!"
The three deeply injured, showed a look of surprise when Ignis mentioned the 'daughter of darkness'. As they scattered away, limping in fear, the copycat turns and speaks his own words, "Arcanis draws near!" they were gone.
The line on the water elemental disappeared, but he showed no aggression after. He simply spoke, "Th-thank you." and kindly walked away.

Kali shadow traveled back to the group. "Hey everyone okay?" He looked around noticing them scattered. "where did they go?" A faint ringing was in her ears but she ignored it.
Marlin struggled to raise his head, everything was blurry, he didn't know what was happening. He tried to find his knife but he couldn't see.

"they left," she picked up Marlin's knife before looking at Amara, and nodding in Marlin's direction. "think you can help him?" She put the knife away looking around the surronding area.
Amara scurried over to heal Marlin while Ignis returned to normal

Kali leaned against the car rubbing her face with a sigh. She turned to watch Amara heal Marlin before Peering into the car, at least he's safe… A full humming was present but Kali still ignored it.
Amara walked to Kali, raising her hand, "Let me help you."

"I'm fine Amara, it's nothing." She figured smiling at Amara for confirmation wasn't a good idea, so she didn't smile. She just waved her off.
Amara smiled and tapped Kali on her forehead, slightly healing her, "Liar."

She batted away Amara's finger from her forehead. "I am not." She huffed
Amara laughed as she lean on the car next to Kali, "Ugh, talk about stranger danger."

"I told you he was giving me bad vibes, like supervillain vibes."She flicked Amara's forehead.
Amara bumped Kali in the shoulder, "I didn't say we should be bffs with him! I said we should just grab a phone." Amara then felt guarded against anything Kali has coming next.
Ignis returned helping Marlin, "There are still plenty of damage done to his heart. A direct electric charge to the heart is very lethal. Thankfully our friend here is an elemental." Ignis placed him in the car and sat on the back, "Ugh! We're screwed."

Instead Kali went over to Ignis and punched his shoulder. "I'm supposed to be the negative one idiot, not you." She huffed at him.
Ignis smiled and laughed, "Usually. Shadowcast."

"It's gonna take a while for me to get used to being called that, even if it is cool." She leaned against the car again.
"I've been called Demon King for three years and still not used to it." Ignis laughs, "Anyhow it's just what the elemental said. Arcanis draws near."

"yeah well I can't imagine being Called demon- okay nevermind I can actually see people calling me that." She looked off. "Arcanis? Like the dude who stole your powers? The guy I talked too in the foredt that gave us nightmares arcanis? Well that should be fun."
"The Illusionist. He is now the leader of the Shadows." Ignis looked down, "He is about to break another seal."

"well then maybe we should not just let him? What if find the seal we think he's looking for and keep him from opening it?"
"There's something I don't get…I just saw him earlier today. Each seal is hundreds of thousands of miles apart! Perhaps millions!" Ignis spoke holding his chin, "There must be something closer he is searching for…"

"The stone? i mean its possible that its still close by, close enough for him to reach…unless he, he wants one of us…its definitely a option." she bit her lip, if he steals my powers, he could use shadow travel to cross large distances….

"wait. you said he's an illusionist, what if what you saw earlier today, was an illusion? what if he was already on his way to the nearest seal when you saw him?" deep thinking time I have a lot of theories. "Or maybe he wants us to think it was his illusion and think he was already there so we would try and beat him to the seal and we actually end up leading him there when he doesn't know where it is?"
Ignis lifts up palm and creates a ball of regular fire, "This wouldn't be possible if it were an illusion. Arcanis isn't strong enough to hold illusions over long distan-" Ignis showed a face of shock, "The spark of power…"

"You think he has it already?" i reaaaaally hope im wrong…
"No…I don't think so," Ignis took out a glowing white stone from his pocket and smiles, "No matter where he goes…"

"…" she realllyy wanted to ask no matter where he goes what but decided o just let him finish his sentence this time.
"They were scouts in charge of retrieving the stone,' Ignis laughs tossing the stone up, "Once they saw us, they tried to ambush us in hopes of earning a little extra ranks. They didn't even notice I took it from their pocket." Ignis pulls out an unfamiliar phone out his pockets and hands it to Kali.

"Oh." she took the unfamilar phone from ignis trying not to be confused. "is there some way for them to put people under some sort of control? like do stuff against their will?"
