(Ok, I was thinking either water, nature, or space, since I think that could work well with darkness. They could be a cool team :3)

(Ooh, space could be like making rooms, objects, etc bigger/smaller than they actually are, classic telekinesis and teleportation, stuff like that! Sound is cool too, he could have like, a deadly scream or even whisper, manipulating sound waves, or like that other person who had a character who was sound, the ability to be extremely quiet)

Short Backstory: he's the younger brother of Kali, he was put into foster care, went through a couple family's and eventually he stayed at one of them. He was found out to be deaf, he only realized this when he found out at 12 that if he was just relaxing and doing something that require sound and his parents were calling on him for 20 minutes straight and he didn't even here then approach him. His dad wasn't deaf or his mom but the people before him we're and he got his deaf genes from there. He went into learning ASL, before he developed his ability, he began to hear people again. The way he could tell if his ability was on was if he had a sensation, like he was hearing underwater. He could still hear people but his ears felt they were underwater, as he get older the feeling lessened. He learned how to tune someone out if he didn't want to hear which he felt bad doing, he also learned to tune out background noises and only listen to or for certain things.
Personality: sarcastic, impaitent, cares for most people, incredibly loyal, likes being around people but sometimes he just cant deal with hearing people and talks with Deaf people. He tries to be honest.

Ignis laughs a little, "What are you even looking at?"

"what do you mean-" she realized that it looked like she was checking out and she's probably never been more red faced in her life. "I wasnt- that wasnt- I- your such a-" she couldn't finish any of her sentences to flustered to finish any of them. "T-theres b-blue wisps i-i w-was looking at it i-i-idiot." She covered her face looking away.

Ignis looked at his hands and body, he didn't see anything. He looked at Kali, "There's no wisps. Why are you so red? Nervous?"

"N-no! Just- ugh just don't look at me okay!" She was trying to get her face to calm down and stop being so red and flustered. "There are wisps around you! Blue wisps! You have like this weird sort of blue glow around you!" She yelled at him.

Ignis took out his ember stone, and the stone began to glow. Small waves of energy bounced off the stone. He looks at Kali, "Perhaps you are. Remarkable!" He watches in amazement as the stone absorbs the glow. Every wisp being sucked into the stone. when it had finished, the stone shot out one final burst of energy, "Well let's add one more to a list of unexplained events."

"Perhaps I am what?' she huffed, he never answered that type of questions anyway. She uncovered her face hoping it had finally calmed down. "ugh nevermind, whatever. We have like a million of those anyway."

Ignis resumed walking to the sixth level where the cafeteria was located. His eyes fixed on the stone, it glowing with a blue aura. Ignis pointed it away from him in front. The stone produced a high powered light similar to a LED flashlight. Ignis jus smiles, "Huh…alright then."

She looked straight forward, following him and looking at the stone. She ended up watching him, watching the stone glow blue. She looked at his smile, it made her want to smile if just a little bit. She looked away again as they made there way to the kitchen.

When the reached the kitchen, Ignis shook the stone to make the glow vanish. Ignis saw the amount of food Amara made before she left. Ignis sat down and made himself a plate, his hand reheating the food. He place the stone onto the table, but it levitated instead. Ignis took a bite, enjoying the quiet as he ate. When he finished his first bite, "Our magic is awakening. Beasts are free. Shadows are getting some kind of message. Elementals are getting visions of death. The Hunter is waking up? I don't know how much of this I can keep up with. I am sure one day we'll catch an actual break."
