"sounds familar." Kali looked around the ballroom and watching ignis spin around a little. She was a bit paranoid about all the doors shutting behind them. She looked back at the door they came through, it was closed. She was a bit tense, a little bit more then she usually was. a little trickle of dark water started to pour in from the door when Kalis back was turned.

Evan sighed when the door shut in his face. why does everything feel like it's against me? He sighed running a hand through his hair. He made it so that the three of them could hear what was going on with Kali and ignis, just incase they needed any help. He would turn it off if it was something personal. "good job Alister." He smiled softly at hi before looking back at the door.
“Thanks,” he smiled at Evan. His gazed turned to the door as he heard an echo of Kali’s voice, the sound of the other’s footsteps, and the trickling of water coming from it.
Noel tilted her head to the door. “It feels weird being able to hear sounds from over there…” she mumbled. A thought came to her and she looked to Evan. “Did you make us able to hear what’s on the other side?”

"your welcome Alister." He turned around to face them when he heard her question. "yeah I did..I thought it could be useful incase they were in trouble." He bit his lip hesitantly before speaking. "do you guys hear that water trickle? Or is it just me?" He hoped it didn't mean anything but it still made him nervous.
Noel’s eyes went wide in admiration. “So cool!” She cleared her throat, trying to be serious. “Yeah, I did. Hmm, it could just be that this place is old…”
“Or it could be something else,” Alister said gravely. The strange feeling hadn’t left him. It almost felt like someone was pouring cold water on his head. He tried to breathe, keep his wits about him.

Alister basically spoke out his thoughts. He started to bounce his leg or shift leg weight from how nervous that thought had made him. "I really hope it's just because this place is old." It still continued to trickle in, getting to a pace of a bit faster trickle.
They were silent for a moment. Then Alister tried to change the subject, holding out his light and illuminating the others’ faces. “Makes me wonder what Air’s temple will be like.”
“Maybe it’s in the mountains, surrounded by mist.” Noel offered. “What about fire?”
“Near a volcano?” He managed to chuckle.

"I wouldn't be surprised if they somehow found a way for it to be on top of a volcano or inside of the volcano. Or maybe on the side of it." He chuckled a little bit as well. "I wonder if there is any documents for a sound temple…or some of the other elements temples."
Ignis stopped and saw Kali paranoid. He got close to her and held her softly. He knew this would make her just feel flustered again but didn't care. He took one hand and grabbed his stone, it glowing. It lifted it up and the stone rose high to a point it merely looked like a star. Spores flew out, now the entire ballroom ceiling appeared like stars in the night sky. Ignis smiled as he moved Kali lightly.

She did indeed blush, she watched what he did and then he started to move her lightly, did he want her to dance? She huffed at him. "ignis I'm a terrible dancer." She pouted as he tried to make her sway with him.
Ignis smiles and laughs a little, "Gosh, everyone says that! You're not a terrible dancer, just not a formal dancer." Ignis starts to move with a different beat, a more pop beat, "The body can't decide what you're good at. You have to just breathe and let loose. You control your body, you decide what you want to do and go for it. Stop being stubborn."

"I don't do dancing, I never really have danced.i do know however that I don't do freestyle. I don't care if it's stubborn," she huffed, she honestly rather slow dance then freestyle. She always liked the low hum of slow dance music with words. "I much prefer slow dancing." She was half making up excuses not to dance even though she kind of wanted too.
Ignis let loose for a second, "Ugh thank god!" He laughed and stiffened, held Kali with a waltz position. the sudden change made Ignis feel stupid but happy, "I always preferred the slow dance."

it somehow made kali smile just a little bit at ignis's reaction maybe even a little laugh. "Yes well i wouldn't have imagined you as being a person who likes freestyle but you never know." she fell proud she knew where to put the hands in a waltz position.
Ignis moved his shoulders and stuck his tongue playfully, hinting at her comment. They began to waltz slowly. Ignis hummed the song of the waltz. His reddish eyes peering into hers. The faint glow in his eye as a flare of fire spun around them. He never took his eyes off her, for he knew how to waltz and knew every step.

she smiled just a bit, softly at him. even though in her brain she was focusing on the steps so she wouldn't trip over herself or step on his foot. she was tempted to lean on him but held back. she listened to Ignis hum, she honestly loved the sound of his voice, the low humming sounded just right for slow dancing. his fiery eyes stared into hers and she stared back, softening her stare and trying not to make it so much of a glare.
“That would be cool,” Noel said. She paused, listening. “Are they… what are they doing?”
“If I didn’t know any better, I’d say they were dancing.” Alister smiled with amusement. “Hey El, what’s that one song you sang that one time…something out of a dream?”
“Oh that one?” Noel perked up. “Celeste?”
“Yeah. Might as well set the mood for them. Distract us from… y’know.” He quieted at the last few words. “How does it go?”
She began to sing the first verse, her brother eventually joining.
“I was sitting in a field of pine trees,
”Coaxing the words from the earth and the dirt and…
“I sought a muse but the words just wouldn’t come.”
”It’s been a while since I saw you at New Year,
”Holding your breath, your eyes upon the second hand.”
”The way you looked is still vivid to me.”
”You’re something out of a dream…”
Ignis began to stop humming and started to hear actual singing, "You hear that?"

"Yeah, I think It might be the others. The door shut before they could get in." She did it, she casually leaned against him laying her head on his chest or however it goes. she had a plan in mind but now she wasn't so certain about going through with it. It might ruin the mood, or just make things awkward.
Ignis didn't do anything but continued dancing. He couldn't tell where the singing came from, but he continued. His magic was getting stronger, as the ground began to glow. Soon enough the singing stopped. And the two found themselves around the ballroom as if it were barely finished. It glowed and light filled the room. He could see a man who looked awfully like Ignis.

The siblings didn’t notice anything over the singing. As the they sang, Alister glanced at Evan curiously.
“You’re something out of a dream,
”Messing with my head.
“And I’ve been looking for you.
“Are you hiding?
“Cuz I like the way you’re calling to me.
“You’re spell upon me…
“You’re something out of a dream.
“And I like it, though I fight it.”
Alister stopped. “Hey El.”
“I- what?”
“For the next verse, do you want to do the ohhh in the background while I sing the words?”
“Aww, I want to sing the words.” She frowned at him. “It could sound nice, though.”
“You could sing the words and I could do the background singing.” He offered.
“Well, a guy sings the words.”
“Who cares?”
“True. I’ll sing the words.”
He gave her a thumbs up, and they began singing the next verse.
”It took a while for the medicine to sink in;
“Blow out the fog and remove all the cobwebs.
“Now I’m clear I can hear myself think straight.
“I’m on the road with my clothes in a rucksack
“Over my shoulder, following the whispers.
“People ask me where I’m going in such haste.
“And I say…”
Alister stopped singing and started snapping his fingers as Noel continued.
”My girl’s a switchblade,
“A bright light on the cityscape.
“Wherever she goes, I’m gonna chase…”

Evan smiled as the two of them sang together, it was a great distraction from what might be happening. He smiled at the both of them mostly alister though. when they finished he gave them loads of claps. "that was amazing!" (whats a good song for evan to sing?)
