There's something about this human…

The blue heartbreak outlined him perfectly in that moment. Each feature was carefully traced in the light: his jawline, his shoulders- all the way down to his feet. She wondered what had caused him so much hurt that the light never left him.

There was still no smile. No real one at least. No change to his aura. No nothing. She was doing something wrong, but she couldn't figure out what.

"Do you mind if I ask a question?"

Micheal kept his gaze down and his voice quiet in his throat. He had stopped her in his mission, because he fell in some mud and wanted to go back. He could’ve just kept his mouth shut and deal with it. But nooo… baby had to ask to go back so he could shower… He sighed softly.
“Huh? Oh, go ahead.”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

"Why are you so sad all the time?" She caught herself. "Wait, that's a rude question." She scoffed at herself. "Sorry, nevermind." She turned away from him to hide her face becoming more and more red. Gosh, such an idiot.

Micheal stared down at his feet, shrugging.
“I… I don’t know.” Though he did know. He grew up in a home where it was unacceptable to laugh, jump and have fun. He couldn’t even smile there.

She nodded, the red fading a little. She was still turned the other way. "Right. Okay." Idiot idiot idiot.

Micheal looked up at her slowly, reading the distress on her face.
“I…I am sorry.”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She looked to him. "No no no- I'm sorry. I didn't mean to pry or anything. I tend to do that a lot, I'm not sure why, but I always have. I mean-" she continued to ramble for a little in attempt to cover her embarrassment.

Micheal shook his head a little. “It’s not your fault. You are okay. You’re just worried… and…” He inhaled slowly

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

"Yeah, but-" she sighed and closed her eyes for a moment before letting go of the topic. "You ought to get cleaned up, huh?"

Micheal opened his mouth to assure her again before closing it with a sigh.
“Right, I’ll be in my room.”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She nodded, still having a sick feeling in her stomach. Idiot idiot idiot idiotidiotidiotidiot idiot!

Throughout the day, she had learned how incredibly stupid humans were. As well as stars. Humans rushed into things headfirst without a second glance. Stars study it over and over again until they have enough doubt to discourage them from the right choice. She wasn't sure if she was more of a star or human in her decisions. She hadn't thought before granting the wish. Nor had she thought when asking Micheal what gave him his blue aura.

Maybe I belong with the humans.

Michael meandered into his room and pulled out clothes for himself. He stripped and walked into the bathroom, starting the water.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

That's it. No more quests. You're a human now.

It felt satisfying to think that. Yes, it felt like she was giving up something, but it made her feel finally whole. She smiled slightly and lifted her chin a little.

No wishes.

Micheal sat in the tub of water, the warm water tickling his pores. He sunk into the water, until his head was totally submerged. It was plesant. Warm. Calming.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

A smirk became of the smile as she opened the door and walked through the flame, leaving the door wide open. She walked out beneath the sky and looked up.

"Hey Mr.North Star- why don't you come on down here and tell me how to be a human because you sure as space can't tell me how to be a star!"

No response came, but she knew he got the message. He always did.

(Oooh salt)

Micheal opened his eyes when he heard a faint voice. He shrugged, still underwater, then shut his eyes again, sighing.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

(XD)

Red decided she'd stay. Stay beneath the sky, not up there living in it. The sun was beginning to set (I'm going to assume) and the first few stars were supposed to have appeared, which included her father.

They hadn't shown yet.

The entire sky was painted in shades of orange and yellow, spilling onto the earth below as well. Each building was lined with the colors and the windows reflecting the sky.

'Whenever a wish is outlined in orange, don't even bother to listen to it. It's one thing to be heartbroken but another to be satisfied,' her teacher had told her.

She continued to smile as she sat down on the ground and watched as the sun set.

(Oh pretty. Skip?)

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

(Ya where to?)

(When she comes inside?)

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

(Ok)

Red stood, the sky being dark and filled with speckles of light she wished didn't exist in vain. She walked back inside and closed the door quietly.

"Micheal?"

Is he done yet?

Micheal was drying off in the bathroom, and in process of walking out of the bathroom to his room.
“Yeah, I guess.”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She sighed, waiting for him to finished. She had never been so dependent upon anyone before. (Sorry, a tad bit busy at the moment)

(S’okay.)

Micheal set his clothes down. “What do you need? Did anything happen?”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

"No, I just decided I don't need to find the wisher anymore." No. "I mean person. Person.".

Why do you keep messing up with that? You are human now.

“Wisher?” Micheal echoed. “Oh, okay, I suppose that’s okay enough.” He shrugged, even though she couldn’t see him.

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

"I still haven't given up on making you smile though." She smiled to herself. I can teach him how to be a happy human. Hopefully. Right?

Micheal looked down at his toweled lap and hands. “Oh. Well, you do that, I suppose.”

@Every_Fandom_Ever_

She frowned. "Don't you 'I suppose' me mister!" Her hands found her hips and her eyebrows furrowed. "I can guarantee I will!"

Micheal glanced up at his door. “O-ohkay. I’m sorry!” He didn’t mean to offend her.
