Kaida yawned, stretching out her wings and climbing out of her bed. She had turned into a dragon again. It probably happened in her sleep. Lazily, Kaida flapped her wings a few times and lifted herself in the air, gliding around the house out of boredom.

Rory glanced at her. "Hey Kaida, we're going over to see the new neighbors. Wanna come?"

Kaida flicked her tail, looking down at Rory. "Sure, why not?" She flew in a circle around a ceiling light before settling in front of the door.
