Caleb let her go with a kiss and finished up the pasta with Lizzie. "We'll eat then it's bed. Lizzie can have her own room. Briar, you can have the master bedroom. I'll sleep on the couch. That sound good?"
briar nodded " i can take the couch".
Caleb shook his head. "uh, uh."
'so difficult" she teased.
Lizzie smiled and waited in the living room for her parents, glancing around the room with curiosity
Caleb stuck a tongue out and dished up the food onto plates. "I'm not difficult for refusing to let you hurt your back."
she rolled her eyes playfully/
He growled and nipped at her neck before carrying the food out to the living room. He handed a plate to Lizzie. "Here ya go Pumpkin."
"Man caleb you sure do like to bite things" she teased.
Caleb's mouth quirked, about to say something back, but remembered there was a child in the room and pressed his lips shut.
Briar smirked at him.
Caleb pursed his lips and scowled playfully at her before grinning and handing her a plate and pulling her down onto the couch with him, in his lap.
Briar giggled a bit at his sudden movment.
He grinned wickedly. "Ah, here's my dinner…~" He traced a finger along her cheek, brushing her hair away as he nibbled on her ear.
Briar smiled and turned to face Caleb.
Caleb whispered so Lizzie wouldn't hear. "I want you~ I'm hungry~" He inconspicuously dragged a hand across her hip.
"how hungry are you?" she teased.
Caleb ran a couple fingers under her shirt. "Well, I've been starving for seven years… So I'd say pretty hungry~"
she ran a hand over his cheek "hmmm I think your eyes are bigger than your stomach" she said.
He chuckled. "No, I think I could handle it~ I mean… I did once before~ And that was when I wasn't starved..~" He leaned into her hand.
She raised an eyebrow "is that so"?
Caleb growled softly. "Oh ho… You doubt me~? Maybe I can prove it tonight then~?"
She kissed his cheek "Maybe" she teased.
He raised an eyebrow. "Is that a yes~?"

Caleb pouted and let go of her. "I'm not a good boy…" He looked like a puppy that just got scolded.
"oh you can do it lizzie should be done in thirty minutes then you can be naughty again".
Caleb perked up and wrapped his arms around her again. "Yay~!"
