Okay, so:
Children at the age of 16 are selected and taken to the Temple Of Light to be sacrificed every year. The Gods and Goddesses are growing old and need willing young men and women to take their places. Our characters have been selected to do this task, to keep reality from turning into dust and ashes. And stuff. Yay, they're all powerful deities now! But a greater evil, one that I do not dare to even think of, much less mention, is rising. Can they stop it, before it is too late?
Okay, so stupid idea, I know, but whatever. The Gods and Goddesses are people like Time or Fate, etc. I have ideas for the Gods and Goddesses but if you have ideas of your own, let me know! Just check with me before you give your character a role that isn't on the list, okay?

The Gods and Goddesses basically have ultimate power over their role, and cannot trespass into another's jurisdiction. Well, not fully, but if they have some power in that domain (Like, Death would have minor power in the area of Disease or something, and Fate could influence Life and Death to a minor extent.) then they can manipulate it. The characters get their own sort of house as well, pre-decorated to their area of expertise. So Time's house would probably look a bit clock-like I guess. I dunno.
Template:
Name: (Anything but Gertrude. Literally anything. Seriously, the name Gertrude is an abomination.)
Age: 16 (Duh)
Gender/Pronouns: (Lads are real, guys. But ladies are also real. And variations thereupon. But I've noticed in other RPs that males are as rare as unicorns. Lads are real.)
Sexuality: (Waves a rainbow flag in the air shouting "Pride, yo! But you can have Straight characters too, I respect that.")
Appearance: (Try to make your characters look mostly human. But they can have wings or tails, whatever floats your boat.)
Personality: (You can leave as "Develop" if you don't want to describe their personality.)
Outfit: (Nothin' too revealing, folks! This ain't a strip club.)
Role: (Like, are they Life or Fate or Famine? Or any other roles you come up with.)
Backstory: (Detailed or not. You don't even have to fill this in if you don't want to, you can make it up as you go along.)

Anyways, it's a stupid idea but I wanted to turn it into a roleplay. Rules are:
Don't be jerks. People like having diverse characters, and that is most definitely okay.
Mild cussing is fine, but no using offensive slurs like "N**ga" or other offensive terms. Refer to first rule if you do not understand this.
No Mary/Gary Sues/Stus, people actually have flaws. Guys. Seriously.
You get one second chance, break a (Big) rule and you're out. Well, not kicked out for good unless you do something really bad, but I will suspend you from this roleplay until further notice if you break rules repeatedly. Slip ups will be noted and dealt with in a civil fashion.
All of andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer)'s rules apply. Don't break 'em.

Okay, I need new ideas for a cool-sounding title. For this RP. Because what I had come up with just doesn't seem to really work, and I want people's opinions otherwise I'm going to name it "I had a weird idea for a Gods and Goddesses RP" and that name doesn't sound cool sooo…. yeah.
